Doors T dormitory entrance are heavy and loud when closing

t's super close to Dotonbori and right next door to tons of great restaurants and eateries. This spot is perfect if you only need a place for a quick trip, maybe one or two nights. It also felt very safe, and getting around is a breeze since it's perfectly connected to the metro system.

Not many social areas. It was a little bit hot in the rooms (I went in November) and not the best design layout.

Every large room size, comfortably to manage my luggage.

Ac auto switch better heating mode and cool mode so I wake up in the middle of the night many times because room is too hot. And can’t be better if have free drinking water at common room.

The location is not bad. So far so good.

Other travellers are very noisy. The bed size is a bit small. ,Any other more effective way to notify us the password of the lift and room door had been changed ?

Very well located! Good structure, safe and quiet for the area. The staff were great! The shower were clean, the washing machine were very convenient, the bedding was clean and soft. The shampoo were great!

Well, although it does have great structure, it was not very clean. It might be some guests fault, but there were dust everywhere, even in the bed headboard, flakes of dust balls behind doors and floors. Meaning it is not vacuumed nor dusted ever.. the girls also leave hair and splash water all over the sink all the time. Plus! There are cameras right outside the shower rooms and by the sink..

Although it is not very close to the station, it is within walking distance. It was close to crowded locations.

The bed was very uncomfortable and smelled bad. The pillow was terrible. Everything seemed to be designed specifically to make noise, even if you tried not to make any noise.

The reception staff were friendly. The location was good.

Everything about this hostel is quite nice, great location, very secure, and the rooms are big and you feel quite private and cozy in your bed.The only problem is that all of the shared common areas are very, very dirty. The floors look like they haven’t been cleaned in weeks and I would be surprised if the walls have ever been clean. It’s a shame because the facilities seem quite new and the rooms themselves are clean. Would’ve enjoyed my time here a lot more if it was taken care of a bit better.

It was good location and good amount of space in the rooms

The sharing bathroom had often a dirty and sticky floor, but I suppose to keep it clean is also in the comune sense of the guest, and unfortunately some of theme didn’t have it

Is a really nice hostel if you like to party since is right in shinsaibashi which is a big party district, nearby the station and restaurants. The bed space is very limited but is decent if you only use it to sleep, only thing is that you have to expect to be wake up a lot by other guests in the room since usually don’t care of the noise, mainly in the morning.

Good: - Location near 2 metro stations- Capsule like dorm bedsBad: - Extremely unsanitary/dirty overall, toilets had fecal matter also on walls, dorm room smelt mold/cheesy, no duvet cover just a sheet. - Kitchen and common room dirty floors, stained sofas and dirty utensils. - Strange persons staying / entering dorms in middle of night.

The location was quite urban and in the center of Osaka. A great place for night life, but not the best location for families or people more interested in culture!

Room lighting did not dim for sleeping, and the hostel itself was quite large and felt like a hotel.

Nice to have Balcony for access to outdoors and fresh air. Belongings felt safe with only one other small dorm in our private area and a shared locking door. Rooms were fresh and clean.

My Dorm was very crowded with bags and snow boards so it was difficult to get to my bags or have room to move much. It was ok though, just had to utilise sleeping area, access bags in shared hall (one other dorm).

I really like the staff. They are so kind and really helpful, especially Lana and the guitar guy. I hope we have more time together.

A bed cover should be a fitted sheet. That way, it is much easier to fit.

The location is very central, if you like going to bars and restaurants this is the perfect location. It's also very close to the metro so it's easy to travel around the city.The staff is also very friendly and helpful ?

You're supposed to wear slippers inside the facility, but many of the other guests did not do so. Therefore, the floor outside the toilets looked a bit dirty.

Great location from the central station

This is not about the hotel but the user, but the traveler continues to do online gaming on the lounge (3F) and talking till the night, which is really annoying. Maybe you should make a rule to restrict the duration of lounge use.

Easy, efficient and affordable. Comes with small lockers to put valuables. Place is safe. People also brought their big luggage with them which they just put inside the rooms but it would definitely be easier with something smaller.

Despite clear silent signs, some people unfortunately pack inside the rooms which cause lots of noise. Had woken up a few times because of other people’s loudness and talking loud too in the morning
