The location was good

The room is really small, way more small than in the pictures, the room have tv that u can’t watch is just decoration and the washroom is so low if u higher than 1,70 meter u don’t fit in the shower

Location is good. Clean, good room for one person. Shame there's no storage room.

Room seems bigger in the pictures. Not truly a Japanese style room. Toilet yo close to the wall. Not got for tall people. Air-conditioning is a nightmare.

Very convenient location. Able to have 2 connecting rooms. Able to store bags.

I didn’t expect the entrance to be upstairs. We found the back elevator but wondered if we were at the right place.

Close to subway lines, a bit of a walk to Osaka station which includes going up and down stairs. Close to the canal and easy to get to major tourist attractions. Breakfast was great, waitstaff in the restaurant were very nice and attentive.

My bedspread had a stain on it, maybe it was just there after years of use, but it put me off a bit.

Good location able to head staight into Umeda Ward or take a subway to the south section. Room is clean but a bit small unless you are travelling light; recommended 3-4 days stay but laundry is available.

Facilities for water are outside room

The staff was amazing in helping me check in, and making sure I got my luggage and a package I had sent beforehand. Really convenient area, near the subway so almost everything i wanted to do was about 20 min away or nearby.

Beautiful hotel with spotless rooms and excellent service. The staff were welcoming and the location was perfect for exploring the area. Close to train stations. Highly recommend!

The counter staff were very nice and helpful

Cleanliness. Even my little one can notice and comment about the dust on the side of the bed and the quilt cover has only 1 button to secure the opening, hence it was quite untidy. Housekeeping is only once every 3 days? Connecting room door was so dusty as well, we can see the dust balls at the edges.

The location is not so bad. It’s close to Yodoyabashi station and you can walk to Umeda easily. There are convenient store and coffee shop nearby. The air conditioning system is not centralized.

I booked a Japanese tatami room. It was nice, however they should consider the position of the television which is too high for tatami room as the bed is on the floor level. The wall is not sound proof so I can hear the next and the room above during the night. But overall, good experience.

Room was clean with comfortable beds. Hotel was in a great location. Located very close to the entertainment and restaurant streets.

The location was great for all of our planned activities with easy access to buses, Osaka Metro and Osaka Station. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The Rise staff were extremely helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our room, while a little small, was consistent with room size throughout Japan so we knew what to expect.

Couldn't quite figure out how to shut off the light in the entry area of the room, so that was a bit difficult to have on all the time. I'm sure there was a way though.

Room not cleaning, the window cover of dust. There is an empty bottle of own customer in the room. Moreover, The bed not cleaning because We found a few hairs on the bed.
