Cons -
- The limited number of washers/dryers. I had laundry interrupted while it was still in the drying cycle because another guest had asked for access to the machines. It was a little embarrassing seeing a staff member bagging my laundry.
- Everything was money. Ask hotel help to call taxi, they said: ok, but There must be extra charge. We were late to check out, just needed few minutes To get into the room and grab our luggage, the hotel charged an extra fee

The limited number of washers/dryers. I had laundry interrupted while it was still in the drying cycle because another guest had asked for access to the machines. It was a little embarrassing seeing a staff member bagging my laundry.
