- Location was good. 10-15 min walk to Shinjuku station. Convenient Lawson supermarket as part of the complex. Room size was good for two people.
- The location and the breakfast
Cons -
- We stayed in a non-smoking room but there must have been smoking rooms on the same floor so we could smell the smoke all night and it was very unpleasant (especially for someone who is 5 months pregnant). Beds were very uncomfortable - mattress was rock hard and pillow was terrible.
