- The price
- It was a simple hotel in a great neighbourhood in Tokyo! The staff were friendly and the room was perfectly adequate. It¿s an older buldong and the room reflected its age but was neat and tidy. The common areas in the hotel were great & the cafe was good.
- Quiet location but close enough to subway and train lines. Nice ambience in the bar and cafe.
Cons -
- Beds uncomfortable, you could hear the people upstairs all night and the shared bathrooms, lavatory and shower were very dirty
- My bathroom had the faintest smell of plumbing which could be addressed by running the fan.
- Overall good amenities, except when we wanted to use the laundry and the minimum cycle was 4 hours! We did not use the kitchen but it appeared very well equipped.
