- Good location friendly and helpful employees but the rooms were way too small and they are not flexible about switching the rooms or give few extra hours to stay on a check out day because not everyone?s flight leaves early

- The room is very small, even by Japanese standards. There is no room to store 1 suitcase, let alone to open it or store 3 suitcases we had. The restroom is very small too. You have to sit on certain angle to sit on a toilet.

The location is great, in Ueno, close to market, Zoo, park, shopping, and subway.
The room is very small, even by Japanese standards. There is no room to store 1 suitcase, let alone to open it or store 3 suitcases we had. The restroom is very small too. You have to sit on certain angle to sit on a toilet.
