- Dengue fever mosquitos in the room, i have picture to prove, dangerous Spider in the room i had to kill middle of the night. Ants are all over room. Phone not working in the room for that reason i miss my trip. This is a deadly place. Bad location
- I can tell that this property was really great 10-15 years ago. It's well designed, very livable (makes sense: it's part of a condominium property) and has some amazing features (my room had a private jacuzzi on the balcony).
- The private jacuzzi, but I didn't get to use it

- Dengue fever mosquitos are infested in side the room. Middle of night i had to kill spider inside the room. Ants are inside the room. This is a death hotel. Breakfast is awful. Location very bad. You pay too much for taxi. Can not walk outside.
- But for the price I paid my stay and the service was AT BEST a 3-star hotel experience. Room needed (and was sorely lacking) a deep clean, staff were borderline intrusive, several things in my room were inoperable and I had to call for fixes a few times.
- The room was DIRTY. Brown stains on the fitted sheet, the duvet, the pillows, and the chair. And urine stains on the toilet lid. I stayed for 3 hrs before checking out to go find somewhere cleaner to stay. And the hotel refused to refund me.

A damage deposit of THB 5000.0 is required at checkin. This will be collected by cash. You should be reimbursed on checkout via cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
