Clean, spacious, great views. This hotel was a godsend when our Khao San Road booking had us exhausted and needing a new place. One of my favorite stays of my whole trip.

Slightly intimidating neighborhood but grabs were no problem and everything was close by.

Clean, friendly staff

Unfortunately this area of Bangkok attracts a considerable amount of homeless. The hotel does an excellent job on security, but as soon as you leave, you’re walking over the homeless. I’ll stay in a different area next time.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff were very helpful. There are bikes to be borrowed for free with a deposit only. Breakfast was absolutely fabulous - buffet of Thai dishes that changed daily, fresh fruit, juices, egg dishes to order.

The actual location is on a shady side-street but we didn't feel unsafe walking to the hotel even at night. There is a security guard posted at the entrance after dark.

This hotel was fantastic. I stayed here for several days. Big spacious room, comfortable bed and the most wonderful breakfast! The staff was so friendly and helpful. They have an ice machine in the lobby and the pool area was also very clean and quiet. Also very central to get around. Yes the street by the hotel is a bit seedy but its mostly poor people selling stuff and i walked by there several days and no one bothers you it felt very safe. Also lighting in the room was great

Nothing everything was amazing

The location is good in a way because it is near a convenient store and even a laundry mat. Also walkable to the grand palace and Wat Pho however the location may not be for all as there are some homeless that live in and around the block of the hotel and the streets do seem cluttered with detritus and are pretty dirty which I could see really throwing some people. I chose to see it as authentic and we never felt threatened or in danger in anyway even coming back late in the evening and leaving very early in the morning. People lay out little mats in the area to peddle their wares and they have some interesting trinkets that are worth a look. The room was clean and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We are not fancy people so we usually just use our hotel room to shower and sleep and this hotel was perfect for that. Because of the heat we did end up dipping in the pool a couple times which was very refreshing. The bed was comfortable and the ac was perfect.

There are a ton of homeless and garbage on the streets around the property.

When showering the cold water would vanish leaving scolding hot water for a few seconds before returning. The area had a lot of homeless people around but we were never unsafe.

Lovely hotel. Very helpful, friendly staff. Nice rooms and extra touches.

Not at all the hotels fault, but the streets right around the hotel have some destitute people and litter. We felt safe, though. It’s just part of the area and good to be aware.

Close to the big temples, palaces and the river.

Although close to the biggest temples this hotel is located in a pretty bad area. The street in front smells of urine and is quite unsightly even by Bangkok standards. The hotel itself is ok but not as nice as the photos on Booking.com lead you to believe. Those photos must be quite old. The bed was comfortable enough and everything in the room seemed to work. Internet was acceptable. Overall, this wasn’t a bad stay but I would probably look for other options before staying here again.

Everything excellent, from the room to the facilities, the pool and the staff.The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff were a particular highlight, especially the ladies serving breakfast, who went the extra mile of preparing some additional vegetarian food just for us!Location is very central and convenient to visit downtown Bangkok with all the main historical attractions.

Arty (daytime), Kent (evening) were extremely helpful with advice and calling venues for us.If you want to be near the Palace, museum and d waterfront, the location is good.

Old TV ( not Smart) but not a big deal.

We love everything.The room, bed and pillows super comfortable. Breakfast buffet was wonderful, different menu items every day.Location was walkable to attractions.Super clean, they clean our room every day.Everyone was super kind and helpful, they helped us to coordinate tours and reservations.

The room had beautiful tile and wood furniture. The breakfast was delicious and varied. The pool was definitely a plus since we went in August, and it was very hot. The staff were super helpful in scheduling transportation and reservations. They helped provide transportation from the airport to the hotel, which was great. I would definitely come back and stay again!

The location is off a main road that might seem questionable, particularly at night, but it was safe. And transportation is fairly easy to find to pick up and drop off at hotel. I don't have any dislikes.

The staff are always smiling and ready to help. The location is amazing, close to most tourist attractions. The hotel is clean, and they have a coffee station that became my favorite spot. We walked every night, and even though you might see people sleeping around, they don’t bother you. We felt completely safe.

Location and staff were excellent. Rooftop restaurant and lounge had an incredible view!

The staff were excellent! The parking lot attendant was welcoming and helpful. The front desk lady was terrific, she was friendly and did her job very well. The breakfast staff was incredible. The food was great!!! The “Welcome Corner” in the lobby was so good. We’ll done!
