    Pros +

    • The room was great. The location a few blocks from skytrain is crucial. And also a very nice place.
    • The staff is great and location is perfect, but it cannot safe this place. There’s mold in the room, it smells awful, everything is dirty and old in general. There’s no window to let sunlight through and bulbs are dark, it’s impossible to see anything. WiFi is the worst, didn’t connect at first, then after connecting it turned out to be extremely slow. I’ve stayed in clean and normal simple rooms for 600thb. But this price in Silom Village inn is crazy expensive for this room, price of 1000 thb is detached from reality. Also I’m not sure about safety, cause you can come to the rooms by stairs from the street without any security and guards.
    • The environment is good. The location is good. Near to shopping complex. Ample car park. Car park with security.

    Cons -

    • The Ac could not be controlled by temperature. Just on and off. Just that detail. But my room was awseome
    • I think it's the time for the hotel management to think about hotel renovation. Because I stayed in silom Village about 10 years back and it was in better condition than now. Also there was a cultural show during the dinner and their restaurants were functioning that time.
    • There are molds in the whole room, dirty aircon, dirty furniture. I dont knoww but blood or dirt stains on the wall

The staff was very kind, accommodating and pleasant. I very much appreciated how pleasant my interactions were with them. Location is great, very walkable and far more livable than many other parts of the city.

The village design but unfortunately close already

No lift, the room look so old and creepy, surrounding so creepy. If the management maintain back this place will look incredible. And plese, put lift. Not all fit to use stair. I like the design like Thai traditional village but when not maintain it look like ghost house.

I am surprised that Booking.com would even consider promoting this dreadful hotel. I would run out of space to go into detail. Quite frankly, the hotel was an absolute disgrace. for 1800BT for 2 x nights that wasn't worth 400BT. I have traveled to BKK (Thailand) for many years and never to encounter such an absolute insult. If the public read this testimonial, then it would be in their best interest to pay a major attention to this.

I feel my description above should be detailed enough. Absolutely filthy, bathroom and bedroom. The safe was hanging off it's hinges. Damaged chairs. Fridge was frozen over and couldn't be used. Etc, etc, etc. Office reply....OH we are sorry but we won't help you.

The situation in Bangkok is very good

The stink of the other guests cocking curry in there rooms.I have stayed at Silom village inn 4 times over 6 years and have always felt it was good value and very convenient place to stay. But the cocking in the rooms by other guests is just too much.I will stay there again

    Location and the price

Carpet in room was soiled and dirty. General overall condition was run down.

The price and the location and the staff.

Upgrade the property. would be the best hotel in Silom. It the best location close to local market, a lot of places to eats.

    2RichardPosted on: 5-31-2023

    location was good.

This hotel is a filthy hang out for smokers. this is their business model. They provide large drums outside the rooms so filthy cigarette smokers can blow smoke and generally pollute the place. You need to run the gauntlet through cigarette smoke to get to and from your room. Guests smoke in the rooms. The linen and furnishings smell of stale smoke. The window sills are covered in cigarette and and butts that are never cleaned. What a dump.

    Location

Non adjustable air con and water went out

    1RichardPosted on: 5-21-2023

The hotel is now run down as it is getting ready to close.no tv in the room and had to change room to one with a safe in it.bear wires hanging out of air con.realy realy poor decor.no phone in room to contact staff.please remove this hotel from your site as you are only going to get complaints whiile it is open for the very short time that it has left.ive used this hotel many many times over the years so when i say its nigh on direlict i know what im talking about.i have 1 more night booked in on the 31st but i think i will have to find another hotel.so silom village is a complete no no.im now in phucket and staying at the patong princess and it is fantastic here.the staff and the room are just what you need when on holliday..

I didnt like anything in silom village and none of your customers will.the staff member even told me he is leaving cos its so old and run down and that its getting ready to close now.

excellent location, great staff, near to everything

a bit old but it is still a great place if you are on a budget

    1JoaoPosted on: 3-6-2023

Location, nothing else, everything was very poor and bad !

Great location, previously very pleasant, but in the post-covid era with almost everything closed in the Silom Center, the place is completely degraded, although the hotel website continues to show the conditions. previously existing options, which is absolutely misleading for anyone looking for accommodation. The room was not cleaned, and the hotel mentioned breakfast for 150 Thb, but no breakfast is available, which again is misleading anyone looking for this accommodation.
