SD Avenue Hotel

Room was very basic, but suited our needs. It was a one night stay in Bangkok, a two day visit on our 28 day cruise of Asia. It was the area we wanted. No free wifi in our room, but it was in the lobby, which was fine, Some staff spoke a little English

The house keeping staff were wonderful

Reception staff were rude, the pool was green and unusable and the restaurant food was the worst we have had in the months travel.

Well located, not too far from centre, comfortable rooms, decent breakfast. Good choice for exploring Bangkok by grab. Very attentive staff.

It's a bit outdated, not much to do around. WiFi was deficient.

not have 2nd roll of toilet paper, hard bed, beakfast bad(small bread, staff not cook egg as requested, egg staff not respectful look. hotel collect 500 THB for deposit(no longer used by the other hotels) only give 1 room card.

Staff were friendly and breakfast was very good! Roomwas clean. Showers are good in both deluxe and premium. Close to amenities.

The deluxe rooms are high up and are slightly better than the premium rooms. No tea or coffee provided in premium. A little on the expensive side.⁸

The hotel staffs are not so friendly and the security guard was not so polite…. The price of this room was too much to pay for it and the toilet was smelly

The room was a nice size, clean and tidy and good aircon. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast was great, with loads of choices of food and drink. Internet was good for the main part. Staff are lovely and friendly. The location is nice. It's not a tourist trap, so you get to see and meet the real people. Stange, but I was actually impressed by the lifts, as it was difficult to tell whether we were moving. They were so smooth and quiet. The swimming pool was nice, too.

The chairs in the room were very uncomfortable, and the shower head wasn't up to much. Bottled water each day, but no tea/coffee provided. That small deta would have made a difference. Pity!

Close to the convenience store and shopping mall.There is a lot of street food around the hotel.

i did not like the surprise of having to pay 500 baht on arriving as a deposit.There was no coffee or tea in the room . I requested it but was told i did not qualify for both items

Spacious rooms with enough storage space.

Pool was out of order when I was there. Wouldn't have used it anyhow as it's right next to some function halls without any barrier.Furniture a little worn down and towels were not super clean.

Staff didn’t know my booking about single bed
