Excellent location, right on the river. Beautiful rooftop bar with amazing views. Iconsiam is right next door. Tour meetup location is right across the river which you can access via the ferry from the hotel pier.

The bathroom could’ve used more shelves/areas to place amenities.

One of the top Hotels in Bangkok with an exceptional riverside location. The Panoramic view suite is fantastic. Breakfast is great, but it finishes a bit early at 10.30. Great swimming Pool and Fitness Center. The Lounge is also fantastic with very good wines.

Longer breakfast, until 11.00 for example.

Amazing pool with sprawling views river and the city. Convenient ferry shuttle service to the other side of the river, dropping you off right at the metro. Lavish breakfast.

Booking.com recommended this hotel to us, and honestly, it turned out to be a great choice. My friend and I stayed here for 5 days, and later we even extended our stay for one more day because everything was going smoothly. The hotel was perfectly fine in every way — from breakfast to room service, everything was excellent and well-managed. All services were professional, and we didn’t face any major issues during our stay. The only thing to keep in mind is that the hotel is located in a populated area, which may feel busy for some people, but we personally found the location convenient and accessible. Overall, it was a very comfortable and satisfying experience, and I would definitely recommend it.

A big room at the 10th floor, overlooking the river and icon of siam mall. The room was big, clean and modern, comfortable bed and bathroom. Great breakfast and service. Fitness room big and equipped.

The pool a bit small for swimming.

The wanted to charge us for early checkin although the room was available. After complaining they waived the charge but they still charged us for the breakfast we had upon arrival. Quite cheap behavior for big brand hotels

I had made a booking of 1 room for 2 adults and a child of 12 yr old. At the reception they told me that they can’t accommodate an extra bed, if room cannot accommodate the mentioned number of guests it shouldn’t have me book it in the first place.

No kids club or kids pool. Only outdoor playground which we couldn’t use in rainy days

The upgrade to the executive floor is more than his money worth !

only 1 point, from te underground garage you can go straight via an by-pass to the hotel section but this by-pass was closed due to a wedding in the ballroom, this can be easely avoided, we had to go out of the garage via the entry hotel level (outside) and than walk in again via the hotel lobby to go to our room, the hall between garage & hotel is bigg enough to split into 2 parts when a wedding is going on, 1 part for the wedding/ 1 part for the hotel guest who parked there car.

Fabulous, upscale hotel with comfortable beds and great views of the river. Easy 8 minute walk to the pier next to IconSiam to grab the “hop on hop off” tourist boat to take you to all the different attractions (Grand Palace, Wat Pho, Wat Arun, Chinatown, etc). A day ticket was only 130 bhat. Awesome views from the rooftop bar and Jazz lounge at night, and great IPAs and other local craft beer at the Ale House. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Bangkok!

Everything specially buffet dinner

Our family suite wasn’t very clean. I could see drippings in the floor that has not been mopped for a long time. I was in the same room, 5 days apart. It was the same dirt I was saw. The bed and countertop was fine.

We got the family suite. The beddings and glass tables were clean. The view was spectacular.

The floors looked like it has not been mopped. Need to wear slippers. I won’t let my child crawl on the floor if I had one with me.
