Tarawish Hotel

Location is excellent and the price was very affordable.

The noise from all of the doors closing in the corridor was very disruptive to sleep. More efforts should be made to reduce the noise level between rooms as well. You can hear everything.

Location good once I learn how to get there more easily

My room had no soundproofing from room next and all hallway noises coughs etc came thru the door

Very good location. The hotel is near Pratunam Market. Big malls like Platinum, CentralWorld and Big C are also within walking distance. The hotel has a service that can drop you off and pick you up near the those locations as well. The staff was very nice and friendly.

Breakfast was not bad but limited in what was available daily. The hotel also only has one service so sometimes, you need to wait a while to be picked up.

The staff of Tarawish were very accommodating. The shuttle service makes it convenient to go to and from shopping areas.The rooms were clean.

The room needs better sound proofing. I wish there were more variety in their breakfast food. They served chicken sausage and chicken ham daily.

Room is very spacious. They even provide free Tuktuk rides to Pratunam Market and other areas close to it which was very helpful to us.

It is very accessible to everything though the traffic is very heavy. The staffs are acoommidating and very friendly.

Short walk from Phaya Thai Airport Rail station. (Within 10mins) Big bathroom. Comfortable beds. Clean. Provided some free snacks in the room for welcoming guests.

You can hear sounds from the hallway (for eg, other guests talking while walking past your room) with your room door closed - take note for noise sensitive people.

Great location. Close to the airport link and shopping area. The street is a little narrow and confusing for taxis to find sometimes, but that wasn't an issue for us. The room is clean, the service is exceptional, and breakfast was okay. We will definitely stay there again.

Disappointing stay

There is no housekeeping after 3pm. I had found a stain on the bed after I came back to the room and they could not change the sheets because there wasn’t anyone available to change the sheets. The hot water in the shower was a game of luck. The water heater would not come on and we would have to keep putting the water off and on to try get a hot shower. The room was smelly. They also did not replenish the hand soap for a 5 day stay.

Overall the room is very spacious, the staff is helpful and ready to help 24/7, which was very appreciated. The location is not too bad, but it is a 16m walk to the closest station, unless you always grab a taxi. The room was very clean.

As mentioned, the location. It is quite far from the station. Room amenities: no slippers nor razors were provided, which are usually included in other hotels. More than these, though: THE SOUNDS. The doors are not soundproofed at all, and even the walls don't do much. I unfortunately kept hearing other guests every single night, talking loudly and slamming doors at 4 am. One night, the noise from a partying group was so bad that I had to request a room change at 2 am. Appreciated the help from the staff, but it's insane that it had to come to this. Moreover, even the new room on another floor was not spared from noises, even though it was a bit better. Another point: most of the staff don't speak English fluently, which can make communication difficult. Hope this is helpful!

Staying 4 nights but started skin itchy on bed after 2nd night. My wife , son included me have minor symptoms

24hrs shuttle service and friendly staff

1,000thb deposit and noise in the hallways are being heard inside the room. I sometimes wakeup at night if there are other guests talking while passing by our room

Great location need the central train station that goes to the BKK airport.Paid breakfast was filling and had Thai and Western foods + good coffee.Close to Pratunam market, restaurants, and convenience stores.

The room and bed are clean but rest of the things are average .

Small lane for cars. Not so far from BTS station, but the way is isolate at night for ladies.

The bed was dented, back pain on next day .Ask staff for any resolution but until check out they didn't try to solve it also . To be honest I do not really recommend this hotel

The rooms are so spacious, especially the bathroom. Very nice decor in the room. There is a small fridge in the room however there was no water in it , all the previous hotels I had stayed in had free water bottles and was restocked daily. There is a 7/11 right around the corner from the hotel which is very handy. The location is very good , 10 minutes walk to the train station and a 25 minute walk to the main Siam district where there is loads to do. However the designated walk from the train station to the hotel is not luggage friendly as it is a gravel road with lots of bumps and holes.

The pressure of the shower was not very strong.
