Friendly staff. Great views on the river. Beautiful hotel. Our room with a river view was wonderful. Lots of space. Coolest item was that our room came with the free use of a cell phone. Free local and international calling. WiFi and internet acces

I chose this hotel bc i liked the room decor-- in the pictures, there was a beautiful mural above the bed. I even paid for an upgraded room to be sure to get one with the mural. But when we got there, no mural. Just a big white space.

Courteous staff and wonderful attention to detail. Terrific breakfast buffet. Beautiful setting and added bonus of boat service a definite plus. This was an extraordinary experience

We were made to feel important by the entire staff. The food was delicious. The shuttle to the Sathorn Pier was very much appreciated. Everything was perfect.

Excellent river-front location with free river boat taxi. Good choice of restaurants and lovely riverside bar. Staff very welcoming and always happy to help in any way. Room facilities very good.

We had a lovely stay at this resort. The location was perfect — convenient yet peaceful. The breakfast was absolutely amazing with a wide variety and fresh, delicious options. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it did feel a bit smaller than expected. Overall, a great experience with friendly service and beautiful surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay — truly nothing to complain about. The resort is serene and lush with greenery, creating a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout. We personally loved that the location felt tucked away from everything, though some might find it a bit less convenient depending on their plans.The view from our room was amazing, and everything was clean and well-kept. The room did feel a bit smaller than expected, but it was still very comfortable. A lovely getaway overall!

Hotel was beautiful, property had great features (restaurant food was great, pool, boat across the river, gym) and the staff was lovely.

Room was a little small but the bathroom was a good size and we had a small terrace looking out onto the river.

The breakfast is epic and I will remember forever! the staff, the level of professional service. the location even though its a little further down river than the other hotels. The pool, the spa.

Very fine experience. They have the small details nailed down. The smell in the hotel is incredible. And the staff seems genuinely nice

The property was beautiful, there were a lot of traditional Thai elements alone with modern amenities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the views were endless.

The smell of the canal was disgusting around mid-day. However, there were signs that explained the hotel couldn’t control what was going on. In the early morning or late evening, the smell would be gone with the rise in water level.

Breakfast buffet was high-quality and enormous selection; the mango station was an especially nice touch. Amenities were all superb, down to the sauna/steam room in the gym locker rooms. On the whole a wonderful resort that we would come back to in a heartbeat.

5 Stars!!! We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Anantara Riverside. The location cannot be better than that only a short drive to the splendid Icon Siam. The view is breath-taking, sitting right on the river bank couldn't ask for better. The staff made our stay magical, so respectful and friendly while being professional. I am already lo9oking forward for our next trip to Bangkok!

Everything was amazing, the staff, the food (never had such a luxurious breakfast!), the cocktails; will definitely come againPS: the free shuttle to the city center is a huge bonus!

Great facilities, helpful friendly staff.We had an issue on checkin where the room I booked for a family of 4 did not have enough beds, the hotel were able to accommodate us in a larger room that could fit the extra bed at no additional cost. The staff in the restaurants were all able to help with gluten free dietary requirements and the breakfast was fantasticThe free boat service made it very easy to get around

The pool area could do with some additional shade

Enjoyed far enough away from the downtown crowds and noise.

More restrooms throughout the facility, and including the lobby. More signs for directions throughout too.

Everything about the resort was tops - rooms, spa, pool and the restaurants and bars. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
