The hotel did not want to help to iron our cloths, claimed did not have an iron, claimed did not have a microwave to heat our food. The second day the AC leaked water in my phone, though I told the manager did not bother I had to change the board at the repair shop at the MBK mall costing around US100. The room was sometimes cleaned at 5.00p.m when we were relaxing after shopping. We change rooms 4 times in the 10 days stay

I like this hotel because easy to find and near to another attraction place for tourist.staff frond counter very friendly and can speak English.

I would like suggest hotel to put mind your step or any sign at entrance door stair..because at night I and my friend miss step ,end up with sprain ankle

I requested the room with the nice room. But they provided me the room in the inner room with smelly condition.

They didn't clean the room by day basic. And they didn't provide room amenities by day basic for e.g. water.

Close to the bts station, mall, convenience store and national stadium

It is near MBK and other shopping malls. For travelling BTS stationis is very close by. .

The room is so bad smell. Looks like it is coming from drain pipe. Back side of the room, there is a restaurant, can hear the noise of people chatting, washing dishes, and loud music noise. Could not sleep for the noise and stink room. I have never experienced this in my life. It's terrible. I stayed room number 1, and it's on the down floor. I have stayed only 1 night, and I couldn't sleep that whole night. It is disappointing. I would not recommend this hotel for someone else.

Toilet very small and shower not so good.

Location is nearby food stall and some city centre . But would be better if it's nearer to train station or MRT

The location, it was within 3 minutes walk of the train station and big malls. The are was quite and had a few lovely restaurants next to it.

Best location. The person in reception was very helpful and kind.

Very small room without TV. The room was dark, old furniture. Bed and table made of bamboo sticks. The bathroom was very small without a proper shower.

Excellent location, stayed around that location for many years, handy for skytrain etc.

You get what you pay for, was able to check in early also.

Great location. The hotel is close to shopping malls, art museums, and tourist attractions. Very convenient for those who travel via public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was spacious but quite dark. The bathroom is not as clean as expected. The television in the room was out of order. The Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The location is very good. It's close enough to Siam (just 1 station away), but also far enough to be affordable. There's free water, coffee, tea and noodles everyday. Just across the street are food stalls where you can buy cheap and good Thai food.

The beds are hard. This might be a Thai thing though, as I have seen comments on other hotels saying the same. When we went for a spa, the beds are of the same hardness. The rooms are a bit aged too, but clean enough. Still okay for the price.

Room was very very old and not clean. Bed was very hard as there was a thin mat instead of normal matress.

Walking distance to National Stadium BTS Station, MBK, Bangkok Art & Culture Centre, Siam Paragon, etc...Room is basic.Air-condition & Shower are powerful & working well.Staffs are friendly & down to earth.

TV can only watch Thai channel (or maybe I didn't know how to operate).
