Clean and quiet

Location was not close to the active areas of the city

Comfort and cleanliness of room and the staff was very helpful

The hotel is very clean, reception, room, staff were all great. There is a nice pool deck. The gym is limited. My room had a microwave, kettle, refrigerator, and freezer, and washing machine, which would enable want to stay there for quite long periods.

The staffs are great and place is immaculate Price is great too.

We enjoyed it. Location was good and quiet. Clean and a great value. 24 hour reception which we needed since we flew in late.

We had requested a king bed, non-smoking but it was not available at check-in so we got two beds in a non-smoking:

Cleanliness and confortable bed

Breakfast optiona very limited. It is extremely badly organised, the buffet area is so crammed in and only one person fits. Bathroom is so badly designed, looks bih but limited actual space because it is crammed in. There is no soundproof, you can hear everything from neighbour rooms. The swimming pool is nice but water is so cold, impossible to use. Tried at 5pm and it was 15 degrees.

View, location good, but actually their shuttle service to Sukhumvit corner was the real benefit. The breakfast excellent.

Our original apt unit was very large and spacious which would have been great if the provisiobs with this big space made it livable. It was devoid if commonsense furniture as end tables, lights, chairs and coffee table. As Architect w/ decades of experience in Hospitality projects it makexs all the difference if the interior furniture, outlets and lighting correlate to how the space is to be used. This unit's space planning was a waste of money for large, useless space devoid of the things that could've made it great.

Breakfast was always yummy.

The walk to the train station is closer to 10 minutes. But there is a shuttle that brings you to the main road which cuts that down to 5. It's harder to get the shuttle to pick you up when going home.

I love that the unit we have is large, clean quiet and has amenities like washer sink and microwave/toaster. I love that both rooms have an insuite. Love that the staff are helpful and kind

It's quite far from the center. But doable with cab ride

We enjoyed our stay here. We had the 26th floor room and view was great!! Water pressure was the best I’ve had traveling . Pool was nice and big (but so cold). Sauna and steam room was a plus! We played some hoops with another guest from Germany (we’re from Hawaii).. good fun for the 17yrs olds. Complimentary Tuk Tuk ride is much appreciated 〜

A little far from the station , but for the price I paid, I’ll take few extra steps . Onsen wasn’t hot at all..

Great hotel to stay a few nights in Bangkok. Pretty central but away from the hustle of soi Sukhumvit 11.Very comfortable bed, clean and fantastic staff.There is a hotel shuttle that takes you to the main street and back.

Loved the size of the room, and the spa facilities. The shuttle service was great too.

Got a letter saying I stained one of the bath towels. It wasn't stained. Try washing it before you blame me for staining it. Luckily I wasnt charged at checkout. The breakfast was ok more catered for the asian cuisine.

We loved this hotel. I enjoyed the area and the place was so clean with a lovely pool and deck for relaxing and swimming. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was always friendly. Great breakfast too!

Jasmine is always great every time I stay. They try to accommodate every request, the breakfast is great and the Onsen and sauna is excellent. Rooms are always clean, quite and comfortable.

The breakfast was very disappointing in terms of food quality, even when we ordered a paid meal at the restaurant in the evening — it was still below expectations. The washer-dryer in the room didn’t dry our clothes properly, and we had to pay extra to use a separate dryer on another floor. While the staff were friendly, they were not very efficient or helpful.The location is a bit far from MBK(6 stations), but if you’re looking to go shopping, there are good options just one station away.The bath included only basic accessories with no refills provided during our stay. The walls are quite thin — I could hear conversations from the neighboring room.

Location is not comfortable. You need extra time and money to roam around.
