Chillax Heritage Hotel Khaosan

The rooftop pool was cool. The breakfast was the best the location to the pier and to all the attractions perfect

I only had one key so when I left the room, the power goes off and I had to wait for it to the AC to kick in.

The staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Check-in was fast. The room was quiet and large and had a kettle and small fridge. The property was clean and inviting. The breakfast was ready each morning with a nice variety of local and international foods. The location near the tourist ferry made it a convenient choice for visiting many landmarks.

I wish the room had more shelves and drawers to unpack and store belongings. Housekeeping did a nice job cleaning the room on a daily basis but occasionally forgot to leave items such as more coffee or hand towels. But these are minor issues, mostly we enjoyed the hotel.

Good location near ferry and Khaosan Road. Nice pool on the roof. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was good.

Spa bath in room, roof terrace and pool, comfy bed, good location, excellent breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff.

Restaurant for evening meal finished too early at 7.30pm. We just missed it, as later flight arrival.

staff was so welcoming, kind and helpful, the location is great and breakfast was delicious. The pool area is also really nice, overall great experience in this accomodation.

Room was a bit small and water was leaking from the toilet and sink, didn't like the view of our room as well.

- dark, dated room - occasional smell when entering hotel- bed not super comfortable, & huge pillows- water would not consistently stay one temperature and was tricky to figure out- maybe it was the dark room, but didn’t feel super clean

Location was great. Near Ram Butt road and far enough of KhaoSan that you could still walk but not be in the middle of the noise.

The bathroom. The way the bathtub was designed would flood the entire bathroom at every single shower.

Rooms were quiet.

This hotel is a scam. They cancelled my booking after I checked in and demanded I pay 30% more for the same reservation the next day at check out. Basically once I was already there, they changed the price to much more expensive because the booking.com reservation “could not be accommodated”. Pool was cold, room service only had American style food and not really any Thai foods.

Spacious and comfortable rooms, outstanding service, and a fantastic location. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of at every moment. A truly memorable stay that we would happily return to.

Loved everything about our stay. The rooms were great, every member of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful! The pool and surrounding area was exceptional and you can't beat the view from it!

Location was prime and the breakfast buffet was tasty. The pool and bar area were also beautiful!

The breakfast was very good…so much variety. The location was good. Bangkok is so big it would be difficult to find a hotel that was close to everything but taxis are not expensive. The staff was so helpful: made dinner recommendations, booked taxis, provided umbrellas. Couldn’t ask for more.

Well located. Very nice (!) people. Helpful. I broke my foot on a tour, and they got me a wheelchair and pushed me upstairs.

The breakfast was plentiful and with variety, but not very good. The room was smaller than it appeared in the pictures, and the overall place was a bit more run down than it had appeared on Booking.com.

The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Shower was hot, AC was cold, and water pressure was good.

The room is pretty far away from the more visited areas. We really liked our stay until the day before checkout, when we came back to the room after the cleaner just left, and we found our electric shaver had moved to somewhere else, and the upper part was missing. We went to the front desk to ask them about it and before we had even finished our sentence, the desk lady just cut us off and said: no, we don’t have it. Which obviously seemed very dishonest as 1. It literally was taken and 2. She didn’t even let us finish speaking or ask the cleaners if they had seen it or taken it. Besides the dishonesty, there was no compensation, apology, or even acknowledgement.
