Very dirty and smelly

Right by all the night life of Nana and close to the train but surprisingly quiet rooms. Nice rooftop pool/bar/restaurant, good breakfast buffet. Friendly and helpful staff.

The prices at the rooftop bar/restaurant are very high for the area. You pay for the view I guess.

​Disappointing stay – Poor management and slow service​I was forced to pay a 1,000 THB deposit per night despite asking them to empty the mini-bar. The elevators are a nightmare; only 2 out of 3 were working, leading to long waits and overcrowding. Check-out was extremely slow, making the "Fast Check-out" box useless. I almost missed my flight because the taxi they called took forever, even though the street was full of cabs. Not recommended

Location - close to many bars and restaurants and in a lively area. Room was comfortable and quiet from outside noise. Nice rooftop pool and bar.

The neighborhood is eclectic….many bars close by that attract male tourists looking to purchase an escort. We felt safe but at times it was too much right outside the entrance to hotel.

I reached earlier than anticipated, but the manager let me check in earlier. The staff and manager was great! All the employees and bellboys were very helpful.

Great location with delicious breakfast along with very welcoming staff.Definitly We prefer to stay again.

The mattress was very comfortable, and overall the room met our expectations. We had a nice view :)It was a good choice for us.

The only downside is the check-in fee, which is refunded if the room is left in good condition.

The hotel staff were very friendly and professional! They were attentive and thoughtful

The location is not ideal for young families like ours. We had to walk through the bars and street walking girls throughout our stay. On the quieter side of the road Soi 6. We encountered scammers who tried to scam us.

Excellent breakfast. Pool is cold, but great view and poolbar for 'hot choco'. Clean place as well. In the middle of very fibrant, typical Thai area if you know what I mean. But then the hotel is very relax with a large variety of travellers and many different nationalities.

If I must mention one thing, 1 or 2 degrees higher watertemp would, top it off.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh, high quality options

The TV was not an Android TV, which was somewhat disappointing

Although it is close to the sky train, the street is noise, dirty, too party. It was awful to walk around.

Stuff. Like a robots. I’ve been waiting 43 min for a food. And then - they told me “we forgot” Wait again and order … Discussing ,( I didn’t extend because of that. Too cold in restaurant.

I did not like the view of the room at all. The room was facing the building but I guess that’s my punishment for checking in late. Not sure but i hope I don’t get that room again after I bragged to my guest about the view of the room.

I did not like the view facing another building.

Breakfast is wonderful I loved the variety they have. I would like also to thank all of the staff there, the sweetest people ever! I would like to personally thank Ms. Cathy, who is the Guest Relation Manager. She took notes when I was telling her about the only thing that I would consider negative, which is the issue of electrical outlets that I outlined below.

The electrical outlets, They should work on that. Nowadays, hotels aree retrofitting their electrical outlets with universal ones. Moreover, You could include an option of equipping the headstand light with USB/and or C-type connections. On another note, in multiple occasions, my family and I caught the pungent smell of cannabis in the hallways. While I know that it is legalized in Thailand, I know that the hotel has a strict policy against smoking spliff inside the rooms.

We really liked how comfortable the room was (superior king)Some may be overwhelmed by the location, we found it awesome that You go from a calm room to a lovely and bustling street night life.We chose the location due to a speciality tattoo shop being nearby - unknowing what the street was all about so that was a suprise but we’re not mad about it. There’s everything you need and it feels like everything is open 24 hours , felt very safe as a woman walking even when running solo errands. The bed was comfortable - room had all basic amenities. We didn’t care for the hotel food or bar so can’t comment. We’re outside most of the time and for the price I mean wow, cannot complain at all. The street food outside was excellent for late nights and the staff was very kind and helpful. Taxis and moto everywhere.
