Smart Hotel

The staff were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was OK, but would have been perfect if not for a few minor points; there was a kettle in the room, but no coffee or tea to use in the room, only available at reception. The water pressure in the morning was very low. Wanted ice, but none available.

This is definitely the best and largest hotel in the area. Big Room:The room is super clean and spotless and looks like it was thoroughly sterilized before I checked in. The room is very big (bigger than most hotel rooms Ive stayed at in Thailand) and it was suitable for two of us without getting in each others way. Clean Bathroom:One important thing for me is a clean bathroom and this place ticks those boxes and I was not disappointed. Food:There is a room service menu which had a lot of classic Thai dishes, but of course you could also order food from any of the many food delivery apps available in Thailand (Grab, Lineman, Food Panda, etc). Friendly Staff:What makes this hotel great is the friendly and helpful staff who made suggestions for nearby local attractions and things to do. Great Location:The hotel is located in the heart of Sai Mai, that means it has great access to malls like Future Park Rangsit, Fashion Island and many affordable golf courses. There is also a large international supermarket in walking distance and many 7/11 convenience stores too. Nearby is Safari World which is great for kids. I would recommend going to Krazy Drift which is a fun Go-cart track just 2 minutes drive away. Nearby Medical Services:Another thing to consider is that it is very close to several big hospitals which offer full medical checkups at affordable prices. Plenty of Electrical Outlets:The room has plenty of power outlets (two on each side of the bed, two at the vanity desk area) so we were always able to charge all our devices without problemsBalcony:Every room has a balcony with a large double kitchen sink (standard outdoor Thai kitchen ) which is there if you need it. There is also plenty of room to get some fresh air. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again.

This little hotel was a complete and pleasant surprise. What a gem tucked away in the midst of what is otherwise the bleak outskirts of Bangkok! We've had an extremely hard time finding adequate housing on this side of the city, but are here regularly as my wife has family here. The places we've been finding have been either way out of the way (e.g. taking upwards of *one hour* to get back to her family from the hotel), or the pits. The room was clean, and bathroom small but extremely modern and well designed. The TV had a large LED screen with the usual array of Thai digital channels. Staff was super friendly and helpful. They turned out en masse to help us with our suitcases + packages.

There were really no amenities, but that was expected given the low price (well ... low for Bangkok at any rate). There was a room service menu, but it caters 100% to Thai tastes, so if you're a "farang" like me you'll need to gear up for Thai food for breakfast, or find a nearby cafe. Also, there is no lift, and we were on the 2nd floor, so lugging suitcases would have been quite a chore except that the staff pitched in to help. It took quite some time to figure our the controls to the air conditioner. The brand was Carrier, and it's obvious that whoever did the design for their remote must have graduated from the Extraterrestrial Academy, because it sure didn't translate into either English nor Thai. Once we got it figured out (the hotel staff simply brought up a remote which they knew had the right settings, and gave *that* to us), it worked like a charm and we had an extremely comfortable and peaceful sleep.
