China Cozy Asoke

Close to BTS Asok station, only takes about 3 mins to get there.

Seems like the ceiling is quite thin, can hear loud rainy sounds.

Location was perfect to explore Bangkok as it is 5min walk from BTS Asok and MRT Sukhumvit. Close to Terminal 21 and Korean town and just 2 stations MRT from Jodds Fair/G tower

Lovely little hotel. Its slightly off to beaten track but quite safe. Very close to the Asok Station which is an interchange between two fast railway stations which give access to most of the city quite easily. Rooms are simple and slightly understated but have good aircon, nice shower and a safe. No real facilities at the hotel but has good wifi and staff very friendly. For breakfast I would suggest going up to the top of Terminal 21 shopping centre where there are lots of good and cheap places to eat.

The address of the place, should be more clearer than this, egg opposite the exchange building.

Very good location. Room has big refrigerator. Within 5 minutes walk you reach 2 lines. The blue line has very good connection to airport. Shopping mall "terminal 21" is connected with above-mentioned train station very convenient.

Nothing. It is like budget hotel with reasonable price

Location is superb. Very clean. Good value for money.

Little things - leaky shower, room with a door in the wall so little privacy, noisy AC & balcony doors didn't lock properly. Basically, the small details that make it less expensive than other places

Very loud air conditioning

Location is just perfect! Absolutely triple A: metro, skytrain, mall, things on walking distance. The rooms are big and clean. Nice big closet! There is no restaurant but a vending machine for things you need. Water is complementary

Not all staff speak English well but we managed. Room couldve been cleaned once more, but nothing too bad (every other day).

Room was like photos. Spacious for my choice. Very comfort stay. Check in n out was quick. Strong wifi. Good sound proof, i could rest very well at night. No room smell. Bad and toilet was clean.

Would be nice to have some kitchen facilities if possible.

Clean place, good value for the Asoke neighbourhood, close to BTS, MRT, Terminal 21 shopping center and Benchakitti Park.

Horrible hotel.From the pictures look amazing, you wouldve expected a boutique hotel feel to it. In reality its nothing more than a guesthouse. Cramped with rooms with narrow hallway and 0 to non sound proof.Bed is rock hard(most uncomfortable weve ever slept on in Thailand), 0 sound proof from windows and walls, housekeepers chat to each other and smash things early on in the morning, most ridiculous to top it all, no toiletries were provided despite having dispensers and stated on their website.When I questioned it, the receptionist looked at me as if I was asking gold and said we dont provide shower gel, guests just buy them from outside. Oh, and we also discovered that you would apparently have to request toothbrush from them each single day, otherwise they just pretended they dont know anything about it.Receptionists(especially the man on night shift) is creepy as hell.For its asking price, avoid at all cost. You can do better around the area.

What I liked? 1. Spot clean room (beds, mirrors, bathroom, towels etc.) 2. Room size is decent, not too large, not too crammed 3. Room dcor is minimal, yet thoughtful. I loved the small chairs put up on the walls :-) 4. There is a good caf just in front of the hotel (Sweet's escapes), where you can get a decent morning coffee and croissant to go for. 5. Apart from facilities, the staff were considerate and friendly. I had an early morning landing, and reached hotel at 3am in the morning. I informed the staff who said they will stay awake till my check in, and then they will go to sleep. They did. This was a nice gesture, and I was not charge extra for a late night check-in. 6. Second instance of the staff's friendliness - In the morning, i ordered coffee from Grab Food. The delivery guy was not allowed up to my room. The receptionist lady called me to inform of delivery and asked me to come down to collect delivery. I asked her why is food delivery not allowed till room. She said hotel policy, hence not allowed. Some 5 mins later, my Grab Food delivery of breakfast was delivered. the receptionist lady was nice enough to deliver the breakfast herself to my room. (she might have seen me just now coming down to pick up my coffee earlier).

What could be improved? a. A mirror in the bedroom. There is only one mirror in the bathroom, which suffices. One in the bedroom will be nice. b. the bathroom area is very small. Feels like the small shower room you find on overnight trains :-). Not a problem though.

After I arrived to the hotel I found that I was given a room without a balcony and a kitchenette, although I had previously booked a room with a balcony and a kitchenette. Also in my room there were no slippers, no robe, no cooking utensils, no stove, no microwave and there was a cockroach in the fridge. I also did not like the equipment of the room, there were few toiletries. It turned out that the hotel manager was not sure that I would pay the amount for the whole month and on the eve of my arrival changed the conditions of my booking without telling me about it. I arrived late at night after a long flight and was dissatisfied with the terrible attitude towards the client. When I asked for a room according to my booking, the hotel staff said that there were no such rooms available now and advised me to move to another place. I had to look all night for a hotel for a month stay that had rooms available. A worse attitude cannot be even imagined!

Spacious, comfortable and clean. Staffs are all nice.
