Nothing much with the property except the location
Very small room, especially washrooms are very much disappointed.. for sure not 4 star rating facilities.. we paid 4400+ but not at all worth . Please also check in timings as these are un reasonable to check in 3.00PM

Clean and modern in a great location
Locations is in right place, close to everything. Nana stations is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast is good. you have lot of options . . Outside hotel you have lot of options for food. Staff are nice. As soon as your arrive from lobby personnel to front desk clerk and cleaning team, they are all nice and happy, specially Wat in lobby and Num Phuong in cleaning team, they provide all service you need with happy faces. Numphueng go extra mile to be sure you are happy with your room cleaning and if you need anything she will provided for you and Wat help with all of your questions about hotel and city.

Locations is perfect, close to everything you need. Breakfast is good. Staff are very nice and they are here to help. From registrations and cleaning group and lobby help, specially Wat and phong, always smiling and take care of your need.

Restaurant served cold food 50 minutes after the order it was really bad and i had to pay for that also
Second time staying here. Location was excellent. Room size was great. Customer serice was great. I was soaked from the rain and the employees offered to help dry my clothes outside.
Wanted to extend my stay due to circumstances but I was told I had to check out because they were all booked, only to learn through the website there was vacancy later on that day.
Room in front to the beach, good air conditioning, allowed to stay with my small Pomeranian, no extra charge. Friendly staff. Will definitely stay here next time

Despite the fact that i will rate 8/10 when it comes to the location, overall the experience was phenomenal. The ambiance, the room, the staff, the facility everything was upto the par! The small card they provide for baggage was cute!
