The respond the hotel they are not professional, they are looking for money only , and the location its not good and not proper as per location in booking as its show its in soi 2, and its not there

I like everything except there was no microwave however there is a microwave in the restaurant. However several restaurants are in walking distance (less than 3 mins walk). Also 20 mins from Fashion Island walking. I love the feel of the room and the staff, it is like a small community

They let me do an early check-in I had to pay ฿650 was very happy to do so staff were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was very good. Everything was very Very clean very comfortable staff were super nice. Breakfast was really good overall nothing bad to say.

My view from my room was directly to the highway. That’s the only thing that bugged me a bit

Rooms are pretty with good size and big windows. Siam park, Safari park and big Fashion mall are close.

There is a kitchen, but no utensils. Breakfast was 269 baht and it is kind of expensive for Thailand. I took my shoes off while in the room and my feet were black in the evening. Floors were not clean. A lot of dust under the bed. Bedding and towels were white and fresh.

Very nice place to stay, we went for 1 night because it was the closest to us but we loved it and went for 2 more nights!The staff was amazing and upgraded our room for free!!

Not suitable for older people or family with small children. To get to bed you need to climb dangerously steep stairs. That's right, inside your rooms there are stairs!! Parking garage has no elevator. Poor signage. Rain shower head needs cleaning.

Lots of mosquitoes, not enough seating. We had a group of 4 and there was a loveseat and one chair at dining table. Also, location was a 40min drive to anywhere popular.

It was a prime location for Neon Countdown festival! Also the facilities were very nice and clean

After the festival there is some noise that can be heard and the price was a little high

The room is a bit dark. I have 5 people and the room has only 1 chair and w 2 seat sofa. Location is far if you drive that's ok.

too far away from the city and other transport options. not a good choice if you are planning to visit central Bangkok a lot.

I like the cleaning bit I did like the room as it is missing some stuff like dining table their was only one chair and we where a family of 4 kids and two adults also one sofa for only two person to sit

Every day I paid a different price for the same breakfast I stayed on the sixth floor and the cleaning staff for the sixth floor wasn't that good in fact it was pretty bad in fact very lazy

It was decent with a nice restaurant along with a small gym and pool.

Unfortunately it’s right next to a busy highway and hear traffic all hours. I paid for a room with a king size bed and was given one with 2 twin beds that were on the floor. Not much in walking distance and getting a ride whether taxi or bolt driver was difficult. Seemed they didn’t want to go out to that area.
