Location, staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms are in dire need of renovation and repair, as they are quite run down. Cleaning needs to improve, both in room and in common areas

The airconditioning is abyssmal, not because it does not cool but because due to the low ceiling it blows directly onto you in bed. It also seems that temperature regulation doesn’t really work

Good breakfast for a 4* hotel.

It's not a 5* hotel by any definition. 5* hotels don't have laminate flooring that's cracked throughout the room. 5* hotels don't have holes in the door. 5* hotels don't have cheap, dated furniture. 5* hotels, even 3 and 4* ones, provide a pad of paper w a pen. 5* hotels, again even 3 and 4* ones, have a desk lamp.The breakfast was good for a 4* but lacked the diversity in pastries and fresh fruit expected at a 5*.One look inside the room and u can automatically tell it's not a 5*.Whomever ranked this hotel a 5* was either paid off or never been in a 5* hotel before

Didn’t get the roomLevel I requested in spite of booking weeks earlier. Room had no view and I felt terrible. Female receptionist was harsh.Room was changed after few days but it was a smoking room and had to be cleaned again after I complained about the smell of tobacco. Full season room rate

I was very happy with my room; it had a small balcony that faced west, and the sunsets were beautiful. Breakfast was delicious and all the staff were very helpful and friendly. Plenty of restaurants and street food are close by.

The location is about a 20-minute walk to the BTS at Sala Daeng or the MRT at Lumphini. I personally enjoy walking; it was a pleasant walk to each location.

Let me start off with this. Get the breakfast included with your room. I been traveling and stayed fair share of hotels and this hotels breakfast is 10 out of 10. Now rooms are big for Bangkok, views, well you can except views in Bangkok unless you get suite or a room from high rise building. This said, Rooftop pool area has great view over two directions of Bangkok skyline. Location is so so, It is embassy district, park is not far, neither is One Bangkok shopping center. It really depends what you want to do there and what are your means and budget to travel. If you are savvy you can use busses and catch one on the street, if touristy tourist, then there is some walking distance to SkyTrain. If you gonna use bikes to hire or cars to hire it's not a problem at all. It's nice quiet hotel with all possible room servcie what you might want or need.

The room cleaning is semi okay, however as a tip for cleaning staff: People look under the bed. Plus bathroom ventilation was covered with dust. At least our room Do Not Disturb or Please clean my rook buttons nor doorbell didn't work.

Really nice, polite staff, great breakfast (that was offered for free when we arrived very late for the night we stayed). The room was big and comfy.

There was no view from the room, neighbors were a bit noisy. (not the hotel's fault)

The staff is great as well as the location. Adjoining street has nice bars and restaurants, 7/11 and massage salons. The hotel is located in approximately 1 km to Lumphini and Chong Nonsi metro stations. Swimming pool on the roof is nice. Breakfast was satisfying, among other things were cheese, olives, nice coffee and everything you need for good breakfast.

In some rooms the AC is loud. We had our room changed by a nice receptionist. The second room was nice and quiet.

Location is ok

The biggest problem was the dirty bed sheets, which had multiple stains. We went to bed too late, so we decided not to complain in order to avoid changing rooms.In addition, the room was very dark, and the bathroom was very uncomfortable. The shower handle kept falling off.The window in the room was also very strange — it opened into a closed balcony.Although the price was low, the value matched it. Definitely not a five-star hotel.

Very clean and comfortable, has great selection for the buffet breakfast. There's a lot of restaurants, 711 and massage place around the area. 15min walk to Silom Complex and BTS Sala Daeng station. Foreigner friendly

The location is excellent, with easy access to all major tourist areas. The room was comfortable and clean. However, the staff needs to improve their internal communication. I sent a laundry bag and was called four times to confirm whether I wanted it washed, even though I had already filled out the form with the prices and total pieces. There’s also an option for express service, which I selected, but the laundry was delivered after about 30 hours. I mentioned to the front desk agent that if express service is not available, it should not be listed on the form.

The gym was no open 24 hrs , there was no AC at the gym just fan , the hotel is non smoking but there is a smoking ashtray in the entrance of the gym , wrong place to put the ashtray , I respuesta a iron and the delivered was burned the cable and the iron It was imposible to iron my white clothes

Big room, big bed, clean, free water, big walk in shower. Good location. Fantastic breakfast but a bit pricy

New new and trendy look. Location very convenient. Very polite and amazing staff who always want to go an extra mile to address any customer concerns and make them happy. My big shoutout to New (person’s name) of food and beverage who had been just amazing to delight us with his attitude and being very charming.

A little modernizing of restaurant equipment like waffles maker, coffee and tea casks and kitchen culinary equipment can help as current ones are outdated and a bit annoying to customers like us. Fresh juices are also missing as the artificial punches are currently served. Another big missing is there is not much vegetarian options available in breakfast and looks like this hotel is too much meat friendly which is a big negative.

I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade. The room was quiet, the bed was very comfortable, and the overall design felt modern and well-maintained. The rooftop pool with city views was also a great highlight.

The location was perfect! It's not in a super busy area but close enough to all of the great spots!

The only complaint is that we ran out of toilet paper frequently! The rolls are really small and don't last long.

The room was big and clean. It located in heart of Sathorn. The staff are pretty friendly, smiley, always helpful and professional. This is a family friendly hotel

The property is very clean and spacious, with daily housekeeping that kept everything well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home throughout our stay. The hotel is pleasantly located away from Arab Street, offering a peaceful environment free from noise.

We experienced no issues except for a slightly broken showerhead, which was a minor inconvenience.
