service is great, room is amazing, everything was really nice!

They did not mention the pool was shut, that was a bit of a shame, they should have told me that upon booking as I was plannig to stay at the pool a lot (they offered an alterntive pool, but its not nearly as nice as their pool)

Superb breakfast, the best ever had in a hotel. Modern rooms, great service. Staff very nice and helpful. Great location.

When you hear the hotel’s brand name, you expect excellence — but unfortunately, this property does not live up to the Waldorf standards seen elsewhere around the world.•The facilities are outdated and visibly worn, with clear need for renovation.•The swimming pool is small, lacks a proper view, and is poorly maintained.Overall, the experience was far below expectations for a hotel in this chain.

Superb location and nice neighbourhood! Loved the attentive staff and the care of details. Rooms are spatious and nice, but very standard hotel style interior design.

the staff was amazing and very accomidating to my broken leg. Mason made everything perfect and he was wonderful to work with.

The hotel was perfect in every sense: excellent location, high-quality materials, a well-equipped room, amazing spa therapies, a comfortable bed, an outstanding breakfast, and a lovely bar with a great view.

Staffs are friendly and helpful. Services provided by them are very detailed. Location is great, Erawan Shrine just beside and just 5 minutes walking distance to Centralworld, Big C and Siam Paragon.

hotel room build quality and staff were great. location is close to central world, big c, gaysorn, walkable to BTS station as well to get to Silom area. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Gym is not big but has enough and high quality equipment. the sauna/steam room was also great. Its not an overcrowded tourist hotel probably because of the price.

Renovation next door is the view for my room, not noisy in the room, but not a good view. the swimming pool unfortunately faces this same renovation and is noisier because its outdoor.

The location and cleanliness of the room

I recently stayed at Waldorf Astoria Bangkok from 24th October 2024 to 29th October 2024, and I wanted to take a moment to share my experience regarding a few issues I encountered during my stay.Firstly, I was not satisfied with the view from my room. I had expected and pre-requested a more pleasant view, but nothing was considered. We have changed the room on the same day to a city view, but surprisingly it was a parking view!!Secondly and the main pain point was with the air conditioning in my room. It was not functioning properly; I have requested for a technician visit who had come and tried to fix the issue, but it didn’t work. After many calls they offered me (at 5am) a fan to be able to sleep or change the room!!! I was surprised how this property can be a 5 stars hotel!!Despite my efforts to contact the front desk & room service, the room remained uncomfortably warm, which affected my overall comfort during my stay.I did reach out to the manager on the first day to discuss these concerns, but I didn’t get a proper response from him, he messaged me promising for a better service for my next visit (as if I will waste my money in next visit) can’t tell you more about the facilities available at the property, no business center!! No proper TV channels (TV was not supporting Netflix, YouTube. Etc). I hope you will take my feedback into consideration to improve the experience for all guests at your hotel. Everything about this hotel was exceptional. Top class service from the staff, so attentive and personalised. Nothing was a hassle and they were genuinely caring. Faculties we’re incredible. Best spa/massage I’ve had.Location was brilliant too. Would highly recommend

Location is the first plus. Classy and nice facility. Breakfast excellent. I would like to thank the hotel for sending very delicious Chocolete Rasperry fudge cake for our Wedding Anniversary. Kind of them.

Dont recommend discovering Banghkok from here. It is always red in Google Maps. It takes minimum one hour to get out and in the district. It is good to see the central district only (Siam). Last, we were unfortuanete to get the worst view possible.

Very modern and spacious room, amazing shower & loved the Aēsop products! Food was outstanding; especially the breakfast buffet. Very attentive staff, nice pool area and great gym. Will come back!

I was impressed with the facilities. The unique design of the pool and the beautiful design of the breakfast venue. The restrooms are so beautiful I want to live there. It's conveniently located near two train lines, Chit Lom Station and Ratchadamari Station. This hotel doesn't exist in Japan yet, so I'll be proud of it when I get back.

Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable as expected with the Waldorf Brand

Wonderful hotel. The room is very nice, the bed is super comfortable, the service is impeccable. The bar is outstanding. Very recommend
