Staff was great, room was clean, honestly it’s the best place I’ve stayed in Southeast Asia

Location can be a bit funny

Great location with a nice mall around the corner and lots of big malls in walking distance. MC Donald and convenient store around the corner. Quite located in a side street. Room was nice and cleanStaff was nice, especially the gentleman outside the hotel who greeted us very nicely every time we left or returned.Lots of western people like to stay in this hotel.

The only thing that we disliked is that the reception recommended us their expensive laundry service with a third party rather than telling us that there is a cheap 24h laundry shop jus around the corner.

Cute little place to stay for few nights in the heart of Bangkok. The interior design is beautiful.

The bathroom is quite dated; there's no breakfast in the hotel and near options are quite pricey); public transport option is a bit far but Grab serves well enough.

The reception staff were very nice and friendly amd helpful. Our room was really big with a sofa and room to walk around. The bathroom and shower were also spacious and had all the amenities we needed. The Nespresso machine was a great touch and they even provided snacks and drinks in the room.

The pool is really small. You can't really swim in it.

This is not a ding on the hotel, just a note for travelers that the hotel is quite strict about checkout time.

Love the design and interiors of the rooms. Gives you mansion / castle vibes. Location is superb as it's walking distance to train stations, malls, convenience stores, supermarket and street foods. Staffs were all very helpful and friendly!

There is no gym. There is also no optional breakfast.

The location is good, it’s a walk from MBK mall and Siam center, close to the center. The staff is very nice and helpful and the room was nice and clean and a good size. It’s around 30 mins from the Airport (via car) but in traffic it gets to an hour

Nothing :) the only thing I wish I knew before was that it’s a very full area, very busy in traffic

Very convenient location- walking distance to all the malls in Siam Square and all the restaurants of Banthat Thong Rd, and a short walk from the BTS. The hotel itself is very comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. The staff are unobtrusive and kind. I really liked the hotel and would happily stay here again.

Hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable, in a great location.

The only problem is that there is no windows or the view is yo a wall with pigeon sheet one meter away... if you can ignore this, all the rest is above wonderful!

Really comfortable bed, close to Siam, close to Banthat Thong

Great hotel in center of Bangkok (walking to MBK and street food and train or Grab easily available). We had very welcoming staff and the accommodations were very comfortable in our family room which has a separate bedroom and bathroom for the kids.

We knew the restaurant was closed for construction but it would have been nice to have breakfast at the hotel. Also the pool closes very early at 8:30. Would be nice if that was 10:30 so we could enjoy the night skyline.

Adorable boutique hotel in a great location. Perfect for our family of 4 for the 2 bedroom. Was able to access metro and walk to many places. Also, able to send out laundry to be done. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Great location, quiet, clean, wonderful staff

Place was sort of hard to find, nestled in a quiet place down a side road next to a few other hotels. Staff were very friendly. Room was spacious, clean, smelled good. Water pressure is great. Only 12 minute walk to MBK center.

No in house laundry machine.

No restaurant/cafe available, closed for renovations!

Everything was great, seriously, especially the location. It’s just walking distance from MBK and Baan thad thong. It’s also very near siam area.
