The view from the rooftop was incredible.

The bed was uncomfortably firm. The steps outside leading to the lobby are unsafe. Very slippery, even when dry.

Very Helpful, friendly staff. Good location with easy access to metro. Lots of places to eat within walking distance. Clean room.

Easier access for vehicles to access.

We liked the rooftop area and spa pool. It was clean. Especially in the daytime there was noone except us.

The location is not that convenient. Pretty far from everything. But have 7/11, little cafe and restaurants nearby

Loved the set up of the facilities. The rooms were surprisingly big and spacious. The staff were exceptional and very friendly. Special thanks to Ms. Butter and Ms Nice who were Amazing ?! If we needed anything they were readily available.

Only little complaint, was that in the bathroom, there should be someway to have a full glass or shower ? curtain enclosure to prevent the floor from getting wet. Even though there is a great drainage system in place. ?

The staff was very very nice, helpful and kind. The room was bigger then I expected but quiet dark and the kitchen wasn't really a kitchen.

The spa area felt run down and not so inviting as in the photos, the rooms quite dark. Fake plants everywhere and not a real kitchen, would have been impossible to cook here. I stayed only 2 nights out of the 7 I was suppose to and moved to a nice area and place.

There was one point: if there had been a dedicated shuttle bus for residents to take us to the malls in Bangkok, it would have been perfect.

Super affordable! It wasn't luxurious or super modern but it was clean (except the bathroom - see comment below), spacious, and had useful amenities like a kitchen, washing machine, smart TV, and a balcony. The area was pretty good—not too busy, fairly quiet, with a couple of convenience stores, small cafes, eating joints, and massage places nearby. Staff were friendly too.

The bathroom design was really bad. Water from the shower kept flooding the floor, so it was always messy and kind of gross—not to mention unsafe. Some of us almost slipped a few times! The Wi-Fi was frustrating too. It didn’t auto-connect and kept dropping out, so we had to log in over and over, and were constantly checking if we were using our own data.The location was a bit of a walk from the nearest train station, so we ended up using Grab most of the time (thankfully it was cheap). Also, toiletries were limited, so it’s best to bring your own.

Overall, our stay was better than expected. Staff are friendly and helpful. The place is very clean and comfortable. Wifi is good, however we need to log in every now and then.

Zensation The Residence is a great choice for a stay in Bangkok. The staff was friendly, and the room was very clean and comfortable. The location is quiet yet still close to central areas. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

Is a bit far from the famous few travel attractions. sometime i can hear people talking when im in the room.
