The baby grand piano in the lobby that I was able to rehearse on the staff was great and made time for me to rehearse significantly

Welcoming , safe , convenient .Excellent for single lady travellers. Staff all very obliging and helpful. F& B quality , price and variety excellent.

One of the best hotels in the world. As people traveling a lot in the world, we were surprised at the level of service and arrangements in Pullman Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok. Highly recommend.

I think everything about this place was a solid 9/10 considering there's always room for improvement. I think the morning breakfast could have some more variation but it's super well spread. The highlight of this property is the staff - from the chefs, to the f&b, to housekeeping, front office and concierge, are amazingly warm, and helpful.

The traffic in and around this property. Thailand traffic can be so unpredictable. The property is bang in central - this was like a doub le edged sword - on days i got to my meeting so easy, but while returning got stuck in a traffic jam.

Impossible to get some sleep!!! I was staying on 9th floor and some nightclub was pounding the bass until 3am .

Everything except the food.

The food at Governors and the breakfast buffet was absolutely tasteless. Zero seasoning on anything.

Room felt a little smaller than what I expected. Bed & pillows were good - slept well.Bathroom was good. Breakfast was excellent - had a lot of choices.

Hotel feels a little old and didn't have a fresh new look.

Hotel staff was friendly and welcoming. Strategic location and easy access to BTS.

The food was amazing and the lady at the bar Benz was exceptional with not only welcoming each time with so much enthusiasm and energy also suggesting near by places that we’d like to explore. Also Pai at the front desk was super helpful with overall trip

Rooms that we first visited weren’t clean but after complaining they immediately made changes to the room to make sure we are accommodated well and are happy with the room. Room was really spacious for Thailand 5 star standards and the hotel is in a great location too, central for everything.

There was one lovely doorman named Boom, he was so helpful and sweet when he was available .

When I arrived, there was no one available to help with my heavy bags — though Boom kindly showed up later. Unfortunately, the same happened upon departure — again, no assistance with luggage.There’s a noticeable, thick scent throughout the hotel and in the room. It’s not a bad smell, but it felt heavy and persistent.The overall energy of the hotel is quite transient. It feels like a place where people come and go quickly — very busy, and a bit impersonal. No one really sees you.It may work for some travelers, but it didn’t quite suit what I was looking for.

Breakfast spread and live counters were good taking care of the needs of tourists of many countries. Location is pretty good and the room was spacey.

The equipments and the outlets are little outdated; the single seater sofa was torn and very visible. Needs some maintenance.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful rooms. Super friendly staff. Great Buffet breakfast. Stunning atrium. Highly recommended.

Not able to get coffee until 7am at the cafe.Gym equipment is very dated.We had to ask to have our room cleaned.Breakfast was fabulous.

The room was comfortable, though it could have been a bit cleaner. We encountered a problem during our stay, but it was quickly and efficiently resolved. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, which really added to the overall experience. The ambiance of the hotel is very pleasant, and the location is good—although it's a little far from the city center and access to BTS and MRT stations requires some walking. The breakfast, however, was absolutely wonderful with a great variety and quality.
