ASAI Bangkok Chinatown

The location was ideal. The staff was very good and the rooms were clean.

It would have been nice to have a pickup laundry service. I actually had to find the establishment and drop off the laundry myself.

Elevated design, comfortable beds, very good location if you like Chinatown

Some rooms overlooking the street are quite noisy, cleaning is often very late at around 2, 3 pm

The facility is a quiet hideaway from the busy Chinatown. Nicely designed, professional staff. As a first time visitor to Bangkok, the location was perfect. Next to the lively Chinatown, subway station 2-3 minutes away.

If I were to return to Bangkok, I would try to find somewhere quieter. The hotel itself is well isolated from the noise.

Breakfast was super, coffee tasted very good

I paid for double bed and gave me king size I thought I paid more than a friend who got the same size of bed and paid less

Great location, beautiful interior, and a wonderful breakfast spread. It was truly a pleasure to enjoy the breakfast in the hotel atrium each morning before setting out to explore Bangkok. Even though Chinatown is noisy, our room was absolutely silent and we slept well every night. The spa across the street gives the best massages we experienced in all of Thailand. Also there are convenient ATMs, mini markets, and currency exchanges on the ground floor.

Convenient Location, clean rooms and facilities,

The hotel is new and is very clean and convienent being located adjacent to a mall with 7-11, Thai tea places, a Starbucks, and a short walk to the Metro. Across the street are a pleathora of lively and good small restarunts.

We enjoyed everything about the hotel except that there is no swimming pool and only three lifts to service a nine floor building.

We loved everything about this hotel. The rooms are super roomy, lots of space, comfy bed, great amenities and most of all the accessibility to the mall that it’s attached to. There’s plenty of food options, 7-11 on the found level as well a Cha TraMue and Starbucks on the first floor. Amazing amazing!!! Not to mention how beautiful the lobby is. And it’s walking distance to the famous Yaowarat Rd. My family had a view of the city and the sunsets were amazing to watch from their window. Honestly this is the place to be. I wished we were here longer!

It’s not a deal breaker by all means but it would be nice to have a microwave of a place to heat up food. Also second day there was a weird fishy smell in the bathroom when the exhaust was on. I didn’t let the lobby know since it was done the next day. AGAIN, not a deal breaker.

The location! Right in the middle of lively Chinatown with its night market. Historical site and Talat Noi nearby. I stated in Sukhumvit and King Power areas, and for me Chinatown was the best!The hotel is in really good condition with a nice design.I will definitely consider going back on a future trip.

Breakfast was ok, but nothing to rave about. I only had bkfst once at the hotel, and the rest outside. Glad I didn’t include bkfst.

The location is great and it’s very near to the Chinatown and easy to get delicious food around the hotel . The staff are very friendly and nice

There is an unpleasant bad smell in the room, possibly due to humidity. I also noticed that the bathroom was still wet when I checked in, and the housemaid who came to clean the room had an odor as well.

- The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable! We had great sleeps here. - The location is amazing. There are tons of options below the hotel, not to mention the amazing food around Yaowarat and Songwat. - We love this area of Bangkok and this hotel is a great option to enjoy all the food and sights.

The room was a bit small. There weren't any additional items/essentials provided in the bathroom.

Location is perfect, staff are amazing, spotless clean, countless food and restaurants just outside. You have to stay to understand how convenient the hotel is and why everyone who stayed on this hotel fell in love the place

Good location if you like the hustle and bustle, the room was clean and well maintained. The bathroom was fine, all charging points working in the room. Bed was comfortable and the room felt spacious. Reception and bar/restaurant area was very nice, and the breakfast was good.

The aircon controls were a bit hidden, but overall I have very little to dislike.

I thought the staff at front desk was quite rude and not pleasant. This was our second stay here and quality of service went down. Also was rudely told only one cup of coffee was allowed per day as I was enjoying my first sip of the morning. Will definitely not rebook in the future

The hotel was very well located. Right in the middle of Chinatown, and the closest train station is a 5-minute walk. There are lots of food options around. The hotel provides a really good breakfast. The room was very comfortable and a good size.
