Novotel Living Bangkok Sukhumvit Legacy

The hotel were able to acommadate my request to change rooms to a larger room. I told them the photos were not realistic about the size of the room, the first room I chose. The area is surrounded by many types of restaurants and was close to a hospital.

There are a couple, the biggest issue was the AC, when turned on the room became freezing in minutes, the low fan speed was too high. This made sleeping or being in the room not very pleasant. The workout room needs the following: spin bike, more weights.

as what my girlfriebd told me she feels comfortable which is the most important.and feels relax.well served and the staff were nice and the food was good.thanks for breakfast to go she had to check out early.

we will definitely be back to legacy and ill make sure that i will be with her.its so nice and big which i like it too.

Pool activities were nice, family rooms are good and fit for a family with small kids, excellent value for money!

Beds are really tough, actually woke up with back pains.Breakfast was medicore at best.Staff at breakfast were ignoring us, or smiling, or just being there for you.

I like the room. The room is very clean and the staffs are friendly and helpful. I’m impressed that the hotel gave us a bed for our daughter, very thoughtful. The playtopia is very good and my daughter had fun there.

I like everything about the hotel except the connection on TV is not good.

Kids club was a plus for family with kid(s). Ya and her team at kids club & swimming pool bar were excellent. Also, at the reception Parry was exceptional. Overall experience with Novotel 29 was great!?

Great location walking distance from terminal 21 and so many spas around here. Clean room, spacious and great staff. Restaurant right outside ( El Santo) is phenomenal!

Very Good location near to BTS and many other nice places, family oriented, the room are big amd clean,bolly and wane in the swimmingpool are very friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was good, but always the same after few days we are done with the same things, the lady in the playing area was bad with my daughter , she thought we didnt pay an activity while it was fully paid in the reception hence she behaved badly with my daughter..... the ladies in the reception in the morning are slow and not friendly as well , i beleive they need a training or refresh in hospitality

Location, location location! The room was also great for a family of four. Loved the pool, which was great for a morning or afternoon dip.

An utterly disappointing and uncomfortable stay ruined by terrible air quality, unbearable odors.

I have stayed in many Novotel hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst experience I have ever had with the brand.The main problem was the appalling air quality throughout the property (except, ironically, the lobby, which had perfect, fresh air conditioning). In the corridors and rooms, the air was stale and there was a strong, unpleasant carpet/mold-like odor that made breathing uncomfortable. The room AC units were old and ineffective; instead of cleaning the air, they simply blew the same bad smell from the corridors directly into the room. Windows could only be opened a few centimeters, and even then, the heavy pollution and street smells from outside made it impossible to get any fresh air. As a result, we spent the entire stay feeling stuffy and unwell.Breakfast was another disappointment. The hotel has two on-site restaurants for breakfast, but the air conditioning there was equally weak, and the strong smell of cooking (typical local food odors) circulated constantly, making it very unappetizing. The small open-air garden between the restaurants offered no relief because the entire surrounding area smells strongly of sewage and pollution.To make matters worse, right in front of the hotel entrance, our friends (we were traveling as two families) were almost pickpocketed by a couple. The hotel security guard witnessed the entire incident but did nothing to intervene or stop the thieves, who simply walked away. When we asked to see the CCTV footage, we were told there are no cameras covering the main entrance area – which feels unbelievable for a 4-star international chain hotel in central Bangkok.Overall, the combination of terrible air quality, poor maintenance, disappointing food offerings, and shocking lack of security made this stay unbearable. I strongly advise against booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with family or have any sensitivity to smells or air quality.

Great beds, nice pool on hot days. Its in the middle of Sukumvit though the street is quiet. Great kids club, a bit basic but well designed for younger and older kids.

The pool was cold, the food isnt that good. Its a 15 mins walk to the metro.
