Convenient and good location

Excellent hotel and location

The AC was blasting in the corridors (not probably needed so much in those spaces and moreover it was not so hot in Bangkok during my stay). The cleaning lady kept changing towels everyday even if I used their advice on towel change

I liked the minimal, sort of Scandinavian furnishing of the large room. The elevators were always quick and the staff very friendly. The coffee station in the lobby included in the room served me well.

It would have been a better experience if the windows in the room weren't locked ... I always like fresh air and I saw them opened when rooms were cleaned. Also, the gym could be updated with some weight machines rather than just free weights. There certainly is room for some. I wasn't aware of this, but since the hotel is close to a university there is no alcohol sold nor served at restaurants in the surrounding area.

It is so so so convenient. There's a mall and 7 eleven right below. Train is sheltered all the way to the hotel and good food around the area!

The hotel is well-located with a shopping mall right downstairs. But the mall is not very big, and the convenience store is also quite small.

The hotel's shopping bags were not priced, giving the impression that they were provided free of charge to guests. However, when we checked out, we were informed that we needed to pay 400 or 500 Thai Baht for them—I can't remember the exact amount. It was quite unreasonable. As a result, we had to return the bags when we checked out. The front desk did not offer any solutions or help us find other bags to pack our purchased items.

Very comfortable, clean and quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. Complimentary coffee every morning which was most welcome. Connects to a large mall via a 7/11 so everything you need is within a short walk.

An underwear was left behind in the bathroom by the previous guest and it wasn’t cleared when we checked in

It is my go to hotel when in Bangkok. Very clean with great staff and location.

It’s just next to the shopping mall with lots of restaurants and cafes.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Polite and helpful staff. Access to train station, beside the mall so it’s easy to find places to eat. It’s right across Chula Univ so if you have business there it will be efficient to stay here.

Cleanliness, walking distance to most places and connected to the shopping centre! That was a big bonus for my family

The clean and spacious room with comfortable bed. The location of the hotel is perfect, few steps and you reach the shopping centers area.
