The staff was amazing! Everyone was so helpful and nice. The breakfast was also wonderful every morning.

My room had obvious signs of not being cleaned as well as it should have been. This hotels policies are horrible. I accidentally booked this room. It was my fault, I recognize that. 5 minutes after realizing that I booked the wrong hotel, I tried to cancel. They refused and said I would be charged the full price.

Ladies at lobby desk had great smiles and personality. Concierge gentleman was very kind and attentive.Good location for Shopping at Fortune Town. Very nice room design and furnished nicely. Decent bed, but a little hard. Not good for my back.

The floor seemed really dirty. Felt like walking on sand evident by grubby feet.Brought to attention of housekeeping, but still felt gritty. Could hear next door neighbors full conversations at 1 am then 2 am second night. Yelled for them to stop so they banged on the wall and repeatedly dropped something heavy on floor in response. Didn't expect thatOrdered a shrimp and squid pizza. Bread so hard could not cut or bite through it. Returned nearly complete pizza without an apology or even acknowledgement of the Returned meal. But breakfast buffet was great!...even though charged for it.

The room view and the organization was fine.

It was not super clean. Needs more cleanliness. Instead of flip flops, one time slippers are more desirable.

The location far from the buzzilin noises in the city. Its near to 7eleven, motorbike taxi, nail amd hair salon, massage places, night market, laundry places, mac donalds, etc. It has a bar and cafe, restaurant, swimming pool and gym. The staff were so nice and friendly. They have free water bottle and complimentary snacks for free in the lounge area.

May be clean the room to be alot better esp sweeping or vaccuming the floor i can still see some dust there

Polite staff, comfy beds, close enough to the metro, free water bottles, good breakfast, supermarket and McDonald's are close, a gym and swimming pool are available.

Gym equipment is basic, not a wide selection at breakfast, noise cancelation is not ideal, about 40 minutes to the center by metro.

The property is modern, and the staff were very helpful. The location is convenient, and the breakfast was enjoyable. The beds were comfortable, and the room was well equipped. However, the lack of any clothing storage—something as basic as a place to keep underwear—is a serious oversight that makes the stay less practical for longer than 2 days.

The internet service is overly complicated and heavily censored. Each time the connection times out, you are automatically logged out, which is very inconvenient. The most serious issue affecting my rating of this property is the censorship—popular sites such as 9GAG are blocked, which shows how restrictive the service is. As a paying guest over the age of 18, this should never be the case. Furthermore, the property is unsuitable for long-term stays, as no clothing storage is provided.

Friendly staff,nice clean rooms and facilities.

On the last night the couple in the next room were arguing. Very loud, rooms not sound proofed.

I stayed for two weeks and the WiFi only worked for two days.

I like the location was convenient not far from the Blue MRT Makkasan stop.The staff was friendly and nice.

MRT, 7-11, McDonald's and SCB ATM close to hotel. staff was excellent from front desk to maids. Breakfast was ok. Room was good size with separate toilet and shower area. Two bottles of complimenty water each day. I Liked that there were buttons at the door for staff for do not disturb and please clean room. Air conditioning was excellent.

Room walls very thin, could hear my neighbor having "relations" daily! Bed was a little Hard. Television had no English channels, at least add CNN for background noise. Consider adding microwave in room for quick reheat of meals and refrigerator with a freezer. A little weird walking through the restaurant to get to the pool.

Don’t book corner suites

I booked the Corner Suite for three days but decided to check out after just one night due to several disappointing reasons.The facilities were lacking, especially considering the high room rate.The “sitting area” mentioned in the room description turned out to be just one single chair — quite misleading.There were no charging points near the bed, only one located by the minibar, which was highly inconvenient.To make matters worse, the staff showed no courtesy or concern when I checked out early — not even a simple apology or question about my experience.Overall, a very disappointing stay. This was my first and definitely my last experience at this property.

The room was pretty, the staffs were helpful.

The pool was very slippery and murky, and a lot of mosquitoes, and the shower water flow was too small.

For the money it cost it was a decent room. Staff were super nice.

Uncomfortable bed. Wouldn’t want to stay here more than one night. Not all the outlets were working and it was difficult to get the wifi working as well, but once I did it was fast enough.

This was our first time in Bangkok and the concierge, Est, helped us by booking a car for the day so we could visit the floating markets and the train market. He was very nice and helpful and my son looked forward to speaking with him everyday!

The breakfast at the hotel wasn't that great. The fresh fruit usually wasnt sweet and my eggs were cold. We ended up going to the McDonalds nearby for breakfast our last few days there.

I loved it everything was clean the staff was amazing and nice and quick very friendly people car service was fast. They clean your laundry very nice they help you with all your questions the location is close to everything it’s a beautiful hotel and the rooms are so clean

Service and hospitality was amazing, all the staffs were very respectful and nice and fun, bar and restaurant service great, the pool was relaxing, the location of the hotel was the best since 7eleven was infront and there is a McDonald’s 2mins on the same road, reception staffs were great and the concierge was 100% specially bell boy Est was the best arranged everything for us and took great care of us, Thankyou Est and Stay hotel team for the wonderful experience -??

I liked the location of the hotel—it's in a quiet neighborhood, which made for a relaxing stay. It’s also conveniently near Chatuchak and Ari. The rooms were nicely designed and very clean. You can also get free water bottles at the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The Wi-Fi disconnected every night, which was a bit frustrating.

The stuff are so friendly and kind. The property clean and the breakfast is good
