My main reason to choose this hotel is location that was perfect for me. Tranz is the best value for money, basic and comfortable room. Breakfast was not that impressive but enough to fill you up.

I got 3rd floor room that on the same floor with breakfast room, so the moment I went up I could smell some foods on the hallway.

I booked this room for my elder sister and her son, they were very satisfied with the convenience location to/from Suvarnabhumi Airport. They loved the value for money that was impressive. Room was simple but comfortable. Good air con and strong WiFi.

For this price at this excellent location, no complain.

The towels already to old,not that great

The location. Easy to get from the airport and to the shopping place.The bathroom is clean and bright, looks like as new renovated.. unless some water from the bathtub can fall and wet the floor eventhough the tub curtain is closed.

The smell in front of the entrance coridor to the rooms.

Location is great because of the train station to city & airport

Location very good right next to sky train and airport link, very clean but a bit basic room small but good for a couple of nights will be using again

location perfrct, staffs are kind. Although temperture of the shower was low, they fixed it immediately.They prepared a breakfast box for us on the day that we had to leave the hotel in the early morning in the early .09

There was a slight smell of cigarette smoke in the room.

Excellent hotel. Very kind staff. I made an error in my booking due to the timezone difference and they were very accommodating and didn't charge me a fee. Clean, well-appointed and spacious. Close to everything. Huuuuge delicious breakfast buffet.

There's a separate door between the elevators and the rooms. Sometimes this door would bang loudly when people came and went. With earplugs, you'll be fine.

Kind staff, delicious breakfast, comfortable rooms, very clean, amazing location (quiet rooms even though the train is close).They were very kind to reimburse the cancellation fee when I made an error. Thank you ??

Friendly staff! There was a lady who can speak Japanese! They all friendly and kind. Room was very clean, comfortable bed, enough space for two people.

The breakfast was just so-so, not so many options.

Location is unrivalled as it's right next to Phaya Thai station, which is the terminal station of the airport rail link. And it connects to the BTS station, which is great. There is an excellent cafe (Factory Coffee) right next to the hotel which serves delicious coffee and croissants.

At this day and age, it's kinda inconvenient that the TV in the room is not preinstalled with Netflix. And the bed is too soft for my liking.

Location but this is personal as my office was nearby. Hotel is clean, staff is nice.

Noisy, no express laundry services

Superb location and nice soft bed. Simple breakfast to start the day. Very nice coffee factory just next to the hotel.

My room was facing the airport rail station. On n off will hear the train during the days.

Spacious rooms and very clean; the breakfast always had a lot of variety! The location was fantastic as it was easy to access both the airport rail and the BTS train. I like that the room was supplied with multiple pillows. The staff were very kind and accommodating, which made my stay extra pleasant!

The hallways echoed really loudly whenever someone closed the door, this usually wasn't a problem late at night but it was a little annoying in the evening, especially when combined with the train noise.
