Location to Praram 9 hospital is great. It's a 6min walk to the hospital Very convenient Shower was strong and the linens comfortable Staff were really polite and nice.

The staff were very friendly. The location is near to night market, clubs and local sites

I loved this property great location. Close to everything without being in the middle of a busy city. Lots of local things to experience

The kitchen closed the day I arrived. The kitchen was only open at night for the rooftop.

The noise if youbstat 5/6 floors you can hear rooftop chairs and music until it closes, if that not what you want then request lower floors.

Terrible the American breakfast was low standard cheap low quality small goods and uncooked egg. It was not a American breakfast. My wife and I were given the nosiest room ,road frontage

The place was clean and the staff member at the reception was very helpful. She let us check-in early and looked after our luggage after we checked out.

Not the best location, but there is a 7-Eleven and few other shops within 100 metres.

The location is excellent, next to the noise area, the cleanliness is excellent, all the workers are professional and solve any problem for you in a timely manner, especially the reception staff, everything is Excellent ?

Breakfast is very poor and needs to be reviewed.

Rooms are comfortable size and well furnished. Staff were friendly and helpful. Price is affordable. Grab to the city center was approximately 300 baht. Included pickup from the airport was well organised and timely at about 30 mins from airport.

Music from nearby club could be heard in early morning. The driveway was blocked for repairs during our visit, so had to be picked up and dropped off on busy road outside hotel. 30 min walk to nearest MRT station. The shower in our room had uneven floor level, so water ran out the door instead of the shower drain.

No breakfast included or ice.

There was no free ice, restaurant was slow in orders and service . Rooftop bar was not finished . Booking.com over priced me by $10, I did not ask for a connecting room that was more priced .

The hotel is good clean , easy can order any taxi to transfer around Bangkok not far from center of city and not far from BKK International Airport , Staff are friendly have car parking , good wifi , good TV program , thanks

Bed was comfortable and rooms are ok.

Bad location, very smelly in the hall ways and the top bar was closed

The property was situated in a condo and behind there we had 5 minutes walk to seven eleven. The food was great.

The first thing I noticed was the unpleasant smell in the corridor, and my family also complained about it. The total price displayed on Booking.com was different from what we were charged at the hotel, with an additional $500 fee. While the rooms were cleaned daily, the cleaning was only basic, and surfaces like side tables and doors remained dusty. Additionally, the spa and rooftop terrace advertised were no longer in operation, as they had been outsourced to other companies.

The bed was the most comfortable i’ve ever slept on, so nice and comfy. The pillows were amazing too. It’s close to a 7-11 for drinks and food.

It was a little far bit of a far walk to the metro station. 20-25 minutes i’d say.

The bed is soft and comfy, and I have a really good sleep.

The premise is run down, there is a malodor everywhere, likely from air-conditioning.The surrounding area is isolated between two highways, no way out without a vehicle.Zero convenience or grocery stores, and a few Chinese restaurants.Rooftop bar is closed for renovation, although a roof is open for smoking.

the bed was really really comfortable, free water provided.

the room wasn’t cleaned properly there were fingerprints on the mirror and the dressing gowns were dirty! there was an actual poop stain on one! they were folded but hadn’t been washed!

Property was great! Staff was good. Kitchen staff often didn’t understand me but we worked it out in the end. The menu for food is diverse with a middle eastern focus which was awesome! Excellent food.

The western breakfast was good but if you ask for scrambled eggs they will look at you strange. Also use pictures to explain what you want rather than expect them to speak English. Also one negative is they do not serve beer….!in a hotel…. In Thailand… no alcohol because the owners religion. Found that very strange. Otherwise the stay was a very pleasant one.
