The air filters need to be changed. The air quality is terrible. I had to change a room 3 times before I was satisfied.

My room was located on the 15th floor of the main building, which offered a very pleasant and open view. The scenery from the room was enjoyable and added to the overall stay experience. The room itself was quite spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and move around comfortably. I was also impressed by the bathroom layout—the design was well thought out and practical. In particular, the shower worked perfectly, with strong and consistent water pressure, so there was no need to worry about insufficient water flow. Overall, the room was comfortable, functional, and well maintained.

This was my second time staying at this hotel. During my first visit, the experience was quite good, which is why I recommended the hotel to my friends and chose to stay here again together. Unfortunately, this time the experience was very disappointing.Several of my friends encountered serious issues during their stay. One room had a broken air conditioner, and another had a damaged bathroom mirror. What made the situation worse was that the hotel attempted to charge my friend for the broken mirror and claimed it was her responsibility simply because she did not report the issue immediately. This handling of the situation felt unfair and unreasonable.In addition, the attitude and manners of the front desk staff were extremely poor. We spent more than 30 minutes trying to resolve these problems, yet the experience was unpleasant and frustrating rather than helpful or professional.Moreover, the surrounding neighborhood has changed significantly compared to my previous stay. The area has become much more chaotic and feels noticeably less safe than before, which further affected our overall experience.Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations at all, especially given how positive our first experience had been.

The location was good.

The photos online were slight deceiving. I don’t think this hotel is a 4 star property. It requires upgrades. The hotel and the rooms spelt like mildew. The rooms were damp, everything in the room felt slightly damp including the bedding.

The room size and location of the room within the hotel was great.

There were some sketchy guys all day and night making noise in the lobby while waiting for the lift. This area is very congested and lots of Indian tourist trying to sell you things. I also did not like a member of the staff at the concierge desk(not the main happy guy) was very rude with me because I would not use his affiliates as my ride to my next destination. It put me off as Thai people are generally polite and courteous. The guy answered my question harshly and did not look up.

It was clean and well kept.

Concierge with lack of precision and understanding. Booked on trip that wasn’t what I had hoped sadly. Didn’t like bring in the straight prostitution area one block away.

I forget an envelope full of money in my room, and they gave it back to me without anything missing. Trust worthy and the best bed i ever slept on

We have suit which was very generous in size with 2 toiltes and a make up room. The bed was very comfortable, the desk was great for work and the wi-fi fast and secure.

We ordered some beer and wine glasses as we had guests come over to have a drink in our lounge, the wine glasses were plastic.

Just the location. This hotel's condition deteriorated very badly.

The attitude of the front desk clerk was very rude. She denied the double hotel room key, even though I had two people checked in.She threatened that if I lost the card, I would have to pay 200 Thai Baht, which was unexpected by Thai standards. The hotel beds were mediocre, and the towels were worn out after 1000 washes, with strings literally coming off. The room picture did not match the actual experience. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone; please check other hotels that offer better service at a better price.

Prime location, comfortable beds, nice property.

Didn’t love the food.

16th floor was great. Provided a great view of the city while enjoying breakfast.

Found safe was damage and reported issue to staff. Did not get replace so didn't trust to place items as it look like a pry bar was used.

Nice Location and really enjoyed Sky club perks with all day lounge and happy hour with free drinks and food.

Nothing just wished they provided some Halal food.

The staff behavior not good on phone especially room service staff and also concierge. Rooms are too small.

The room was next to me, because the thin walls, you can hear everything even when they are using the washrooms

I did not like the location. There seem to be a lot of prostitution in that area. The room was not what I expected and when I first entered the room it smelled of cigarettes smoke. The staff was not very friendly.
