Both the night manager and Day Manager provided excellent customer service and made our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely return.

Hot water pressure in the shower tends to pulse and the temperature varies, but it was workable.

Wonderful kind welcoming staff, beautiful views and garden, fantastic restaurant and café. It is incredibly relaxing, it feels like a holiday in itself even though it's right near the airport. The design of the rooms and the way the hotel blends into its surroundings is really well done, it gives such a natural spacopus garden feel.I look forward to staying here every time I come to Thailand!

We liked the size of bed and patio. Everything seemed well managed. Loved seeing birds and butterflies upon waking and feeding the fish.

Had to buy water as 4 glass bottles provided were not enough for entire stay. Restaurant was just ok but having one available on site is convenient

The room was a great size and the balcony right on the lake was perfect. The beds were great, the room was very clean and catered for all our needs. The restaurant had great food and excellent service. The property was close to the airport.

Our second time here. The staff is so nice and friendly. The food is so good and the rooms are clean and amazing. It’s so close to the airport so if you want a stay nearby outside of the city hustle and noise. This is the place to be. Will come back again

Ok place to sleep near Suvarnabhumi airport, no more. But the staff was super nice and helped with many requests we had after check in late at night.

A corner of peace and mind of creativity. Although there is a road and an airport nearby, you don't feel it at all. The hotel is very natural, birds are chirping, big fish are splashing in the ponds. The staff is very friendly. Delicious breakfast.

When the exhaust fan in the toilet didn't work, there was a smell of sewage.

This is our 3rd stay at the Ploen. Everything is really great, we find the nature of the green lake environment really relaxing and surprising given the hotel's location to the airport and Bangkok, it's a real hidden gem. The other thing I love is the staff are really helpful and friendly, we stayed for one night in 2024 and we were remembered and welcomed one year later when we stayed again. I would highly recommend the lake view villa. We will 100% be staying next time we're in Bangkok, thanks guys

If I could give 11/10, I would. A part from the location convenient for the airport, this place is magical! The lake view is beautiful, the quietness, the nature, and the birds. The huge window, the balcony with the sunbed to relax, allows you to immerge you in the natural environment. The bed is very comfortable. Room and bathroom spacious with anything you need. The restaurant and bar are designed to enjoy the garden all around. A special thanks goes to the amazing, efficient, and kind staff that helped us in a difficult situation. Thank you guys, you are fantastic! ?We hope to come back and enjoy this place to relax.Highly recommended.

We couldn't stay longer and enjoy this place.

It's close to the airport, down a side street in a residential area which will make it difficult to find but what a great place. The rooms are new, well appointed, set in a gorgeous garden on a couple of small lakes. Furniture is good quality, beds are big and comfortable. The villa rooms on the water are fantastic and offer a great sunset view out on the deck. Cafe on site does great coffee and the restaurant is inexpensive and really good.

Nothing to speak of.

This hotel is a short distance from the airport which is why I booked the location. It is beautifully situated next to a lake and having a balcony meat I could sit outside and watch all the many birds flying through the garden. The staff were fantastic - very helpful and knowledgeable. The restaurant is also excellent and surrounded by a pond with huge carp!

Honestly nothing - the only thing I would mention is that it would be a long trip into the city from this hotel, but it's location next to the airport is ideal if you are catching an early morning flight.

Amazingly quiet nature setting with a little lake, beautiful comfortable and clean rooms and a great affordable restaurant. Dinner and breakfast were both excellent!

I loved how peaceful and clean this property was. The staff were very friendly and caring. I arrived late in the evening and there was someone in reception to meet and greet me and show me to my beautiful villa. The stand-alone villa was perfect. I had been travelling for 28 hours from Europe and to arrive at Ploen Pirom Resort was magic. My room was spacious, clean, and had a very comfortable bed. I slept very well. Breakfast was a nice set menu of either Thai or European food, with fruit juice, tea, and coffee, and finished off with fresh fruit. I chose this hotel as it was close to the airport, only a 10 minute taxi ride.I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends. Great value for money!
