The staff was very cooperative and friendly.

The smoking areas could be improved and more seating provided.

Staff very well helpful.

Nice hotel with great location, friendly staff.The rooftop was a perfect place for a nice evening drink.

I think breakfast could be improved.

The size was decent, and the facilities were solid, including good WiFi, Hot water, and water pressure. Everything was of a good standard, higher than most hotels I visited in Thailand. Will definitely stay here again.

It would be nice to have more international TV channels available.

i liked the view from the swimming pool. and the beds were super super comfortable. staff was also great and helpful. room size quite big

the rooms are a bit dated. for such a high price i would have expected the room to look better. if it wasn t for the swimming pool i wouldn't have chosen such an expensive hotel

You could not open the window and the smell from the room was heavy. Also there is no socket near the mirror. The room was facing the main road and it was a bit noisy.

Central, yet quiet at night. They did a good job with the noise suppression from outside.

I couldn’t connect an HDMI cable to the TV in the room, to watch movies from my laptop

The Wonderful People Working At Travelodge THEY CARE

I did NOT like that ICOULD NOT SLEEP even 1 night The doors are Secure yet each time they closed I was awoken from any chance at sleep I had. I became MISERABLE because of this and stayed away from all people. The Opposite of the reason I came to Bangkok I booked the room at Travelodge because it had a Swimming Pool yet the Photograph of the Pool was taken so it actually looked like I could swim in it THIS Photograph is DECEPTIVE. I did go up to the pool area. Which was a FRACTION of what the Photograph on your website showed I was looking forward to swim and exercise Yet there was a TINY POOL with Every chair and Lounge chair occupied. Not even a place for my towel if I decided to WADE in the POOL. Which is good for a few Chidren I GAVE UP. CARING to swim Anymore That's ALL I came to Travelodge for I was and AM Very Disappointed It is ONLY Because of the EXCEPTIONALY KIND Staff that works at the Desk that I would return or consider re booking at Travelodge Sukumvitt Thanks for letting me Help an Excellent PLACE

Staff is great, very polite and ready to help. The hotel is very clean and organized near the metro station and many convenient restaurants and stores, with a 7/11 by its side and atm.

Just one thing is the lights in our bedroom had some issues, sometimes the light switch wouldn’t work for some reason but not a big deal. But besides that good cost-benefit hotel

The location it was hard to order a bolt it was a very busy area

On 7th Floor, comfy bed.and quiet.

The breakfast, very ordinary. Do yourselve a favour and walk 50m to the coffee club.

The facilities are very good. Nice pool. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and all the other dishes we ordered from the restaurant were also good. Excellent location. Very good value for your money.

Annoying to me: 1) They charge a reimbursable deposit at check in which I understand. The annoying part was that every time you exceed the deposit you have to go to the front desk and settle your account. We were there several days and had to do this several times. 2) I wanted to get a cup of ice from the restaurant. The staff said I had to pay extra. I went to the front desk to ask and the clerk had to call the manager for approval. What????3) The air conditioner in the room was centrally set at 16 C/ 60 F. Too cold for my taste and unable to adjust.

Everything was quite perfect. I did love my stay in this place. Room spacious, clean, amazing staff, enjoyed the rooftop and pool and also de fitness center. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was close to everything we wanted to do. Price was good the staff was helpful when came to question.

The bed was very comfortable, and there was also a tea table with chairs, making the room practical as well as cozy.The washroom was the main highlight — super clean, modern, and well-maintained without any rust or stains.The hotel’s maintenance standard is clearly very high, and we could see the staff always engaged in keeping the property clean and fresh.The Lodge restaurant served buffet breakfast with a good mix of cuisines, both Asian and international, giving plenty of choice. The rooftop swimming pool and gym were another plus, offering a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere.Reception staff were polite, helpful, and always ready to assist with queries. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with high standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Sukhumvit 11.

Last time I was there , the room was not to clean, bath good, bed good but not the carpet !!
