Breakfast staff, food selection, quiet location

Prices at the rooftop bar were typical unjustified inflated for a captive group.

The staff was honestly great. The view was nice from the roof and it was a good location.

The bed could have been a little more comfortable. But it was still alright.

There was nothing good about this hotel, except the smiling security guard.

1) They gave us a room on floor two, right above the chaos. Refused to switch when called. 2) They charged us 1200 thb on leaving for some sheets that were messed up. Didn't even ask why. 3) The room service ends at 5pm, why? No idea.

Its location was good. The roof top pool was lovely.

The hotel is a bit dated, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Food and drinks closed quickly One female staff had me put trash out in front of the building when I asked what to do with food trash.

Air conditioner did not work very well. The room was smaller then expected and you can hear everything in the hallway and next door.

Our stay at the SureStay Plus hotel in Bangkok was everything we needed as our first stop of a 4 month adventure abroad. Helpful front desk staff, particularly employee, answered questions and worked to help us sort out issues w/ night train to Chiang M

the pool area is extremely slippery and which requires extra caution but the staff works to keep it dry

Friendly staff, really spacious and clean room, nice rooftop pool, close walk to the bus and BTS stop, far enough from the main street that it is not noisy

Rooftop bar was very nice. Room was basic but clean and comfortable. A bit off the main strip, but that also kept things quiet.

No 7-11 or convenience store nearby - strange for BKK.

Room size and room quality. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is quite good, staff cooperative (we asked for a veg omelette and they made it everyday 3days). Clean rooms andhotel. Location is really quite good considering the hotel is not expensive.

Love everything about it. Room was nice and clean updated and the beds was comfortable. Location was excellent with lots of foods around. Love the rooftop bar and the pool is very nice. Wish the pool and the bar closed later then 7pm everyday

A bit farther away from airport than realized

Really friendly staff. Minimal external noise - very quiet street. Good value, even taking into account Bangkok hotel prices.

Poor sound-proofing between rooms and from corridor - but hotel not very full and other guests generally quite quiet. Slightly 'tucked away' location, but ok to find using Google Maps etc.

Great location, friendly staff.

The food wasn't good and very overpriced, and very limited room service hours. And the pool hours weren't enforced, pool parties kept me awake several nights.

The staff goes out of their way to serve to you, to make your stay as pleasant as possible, this hotel really deserves a 100. The location.

I love the pool and the terrace overall. The only problem I always have is with the blocked windows. You can't open the windows so it's a bit humid and it has that smell of... lack of air... if it makes sense.

The staff was friendly and welcoming. Especially Macmac the receptionist. The pool and bar are comfortable and provide striking view of the city. The breakfast was great.

The room and floor smelled like old carpet.
