possibly from covid it is significantly worn out but it's still an okay place. My room had cold ac.. comfortable clean bed and the internet was fair to good. I paid $20 a night and that is worth it but notore. clubs and store a few meeters away

Even though I booked my stay many weeks ahead, in the morning of the day of my arrival, the hotel changed my booking from 4 nights to 1 night. When I called and asked the staff why did they change it,they said they don't have a room available. They were very rude on the phone on top of it and did not even apologize. It's extremely unprofessional, highly discourage anyone from staying there. They have tons of negative reviews on google also, worth reading.

Staff at the front desk are extremely rude, discriminatory, literally shouting. Esp lady with braces. She was all smiles with male guests, but as soon as she see us she acts very rude. No patience at all to listen to our problems. They didn't even collect used cups left outside room for two days. Didn't even comply with booking.com confirmation. Poor at email communication/response. RIGID. Score 1 is even too much for this.

The hotel’s location is very convenient and close to many attractions, shops, and transportation, which made getting around very easy. The room was generally comfortable and suitable for a short stay. However, there are a few small areas that could be improved. The toilet door was slightly stuck, which caused some noise when closing. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few minor improvements, the experience could be even better.

Ok for the money

Aircon not working the first night, was put in a different room for the second night. Key was not working on 3 occasions. Staff was not polite, not friendly and not very helpful. Late check out denied.

Decent room at that price point, central location next to Terminal 21 / MRT / BTS.Room was well maintained although funiture is slighted old. And reception did relatively fast check-in and check-out.Generally, think that staff (reception / cleaning) are doing their work.

Minor issues:1. Lift is not working2. Water does pool abit in the shower room, but can use foot to push the water to the drainage. Toilet is not run-down. 3. Water heater is below the water basin. Check for the water heater light if shower water is cold. Vary / increase the water flow if heater light is not lit up.

It was ok easy access to everything in bangkok but quality and vibe are not good.

It is literally in the city centre, everything is super close to it. Bus stop is like 1 minute walk and BTS like 9-10 mins walk and then the great line connectivity will take you wherever you want. I loved this place, its very chill and staff is also helpful. Super great for bachelors as the soapy massage/normal massage/weed shops are in-front of the hotel.

The property is just 150 - 200 meters from Sukhumvit BTS and MRT stations. Very convenient.

We found a few small cockroaches. Also, the towels and bedsheet were torn ones.

They used to offer free luggage storage services but now they are very limited and not very friendly about leaving luggage after you check out.

Location was great. The soi laneway was just private enough that you could relax outside when needed. There are great restaurants and massage on the laneway

The room was dirty. The bathroom had visible stains and crud on the walls. The staff were nice but unhelpful. I used the washing machine the night before leaving, they didn't tell me the dryer was out of order. This ended up with me going on a wild goose chase to find a laundromat in time before they closed, which inevitably led me to missing my bus due to not having dry clothes the next day

It is a convenient location. Close enough to a metro station and plenty of activities but far enough away to be quiet.

They used to have a very liberal luggage storage program but now they are very limited as to leaving luggage there after check out. I stayed there many times because I could leave a backpack there and go adventure out for a few days. Now they won’t allow you to leave luggage there for a few hours. I won’t be staying there anymore. There are more affordable options available with friendly staff.

Easy check in process 24 hours a day. I had a late flight and getting checked in was no problem. After traveling for 30 hours, I want to check in and relax.

This is a great hotel. Very good value for the money. Pleasant rooms. Nice staff. Very clean. Great location. Very good inexpensive restaurant downstairs.

I wish the internet was better. You have to log into it multiple times, and it is sometimes a bit slow.
