Excellent hotel for price and location and staffing. One thing can complain  about WiFi, that¿s not great.

I absolutely loved my stay at Apartmentelle. From the moment I arrived, the space felt warm, cozy, and genuinely welcoming. The room was clean, thoughtfully laid out, and had a calm, comforting energy that made it easy to settle in and relax.The bed was very comfortable, and I really appreciated that the TV was positioned directly in front of the bed—perfect for unwinding in the morning or easing into the evening before rest. Having a refrigerator in the room was also a plus and made the stay feel more home-like. If I had one suggestion, it would be to add a small microwave or induction burner so guests can warm up food, which would make the experience even better.I loved the little sitting area with treats and snacks—it was a thoughtful touch that didn’t go unnoticed. Another favorite detail was being able to open the patio doors and step outside, listening to the life and movement of the neighborhood around me. It made the stay feel real, grounded, and connected rather than isolated.One of the standout features was the shuttle service. Being picked up and dropped off when heading out made everything feel easy and stress-free. And above all, the staff was absolutely amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their warmth made a big difference and elevated the entire experience.Overall, Apartmentelle felt like a place with heart. Comfortable, cozy, and well cared for. I would happily stay there again and highly recommend it.

Truly, the only thing I didn’t love—and it’s a small thing—was the lack of a way to warm food in the room. While I appreciated having a beautiful, cold refrigerator, it felt a bit incomplete without a microwave or small induction burner. Having to leave the room just to warm up food slightly disrupted an otherwise very grounding, comfortable experience.I would also suggest offering the snacks and treats—especially the pastries and cookies—on a 24-hour basis rather than just in the morning. Those thoughtful touches are part of what makes the place feel so special, and having access to them throughout the day and evening would elevate the experience even more.That said, this was genuinely the only drawback. I loved Apartmentelle so much that I wanted to return simply because of how calm, cozy, and settled it made me feel. One small upgrade would make an already wonderful stay feel damn near perfect.

Close to airport and malls, having supermarket nearby, excellent conditions for apart hotel, very clean and quite new furniture. The staff was very helpful and supportive, they were present 24/7.

The bed was comfortable, and the receptionist was very helpful. I was injured and on crutches, and she helped me up to my room and brought me food when it was delivered. Considering she was the only one on site, I appreciated her going above and beyond.

Not the cleanest facility. Saw a cockroach in the bathroom when I stayed. My skin also reacted to the bed sheets- perhaps the detergent.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The free shuttle around the area was extremely quick and very helpful. Close to the train lines. Room was very comfortable.

A perfect one night stopover aparthotel, we wanted quiet, comfy and affordable place to stay near DM Airport and it's exactly what we got.

Made a mistake while booking and got separate beds - no problem, they gave us a kingsize bed upon arrival. Snacks and coffee all day long. The shuttle bus is a nice service.

The staff was exceptionally service minded, ready to accommodate our requests at every turn. Room was quiet, clean, and comfy. Location was great for transportation.

we found the automated room odorizer in the bathroom to smell unnecessarily too strong.

Very close to Lotus, BTS, Lad Phrao central. Free shuttle service to MRT. Great common room where you can eat T/A food from the many eating places down the road. Quiet. Will and did stay again. In the city but not too far away from Don Mueang airport

Location is within walking distance to Phahonyothin MRT and Ha Yek Lad Prao BTS. lots of food choices around and Lotus supermarket just 5mins away.

i loved everything about our stay at Apartelle Jatujak Hotel! it is so conveniently located, close to a lot of shops and public transport. all the staff are top tier?? 10000/10 communication, helpfulness and overall great people for a great hotel. i would definitely stay here again and highly recommend??

The location was very convenient as it is close to the MRT and the BTS both. There is a buggy service which drops and picks up the guests from and to the hotel and train stations. The reception staff were super helpful. A special shout out to Ai and Ya who helped us coordinate in local language with the taxi drivers. The cafe in Apartelle is the highlight!Very strongly recommend all to just stay in this place in Bangkok

Super friendly and helpfull staff. Free golf cart lift to nearby areas. Nice common area with free coffee machine.

Little shelve should be installed in the shower.

The friendly staffs answering questions and providing useful tips on where to visits and eats. T.he location is within walking distance to Central BTS station and provided shutte service if you don't like to walk.

My first impression, the place is a bit isolated, the only hotel locating in a narrow alley way. Sink slow to drain and shower head keep slipping down in rm 403. Switches very confusing

Great location and a helpful shuttle service. Spacious room with a comfortable bed. Lovely 24/7 staff with good English.

We think that the cleaning could improve a bit.
