pros: staff are very friendly and very helpful.They are the highlight of the hotel.The day we check out,we called Grab ,the staff even helped us to look for the car if coming and helped put our luggage on car.Location is good.close to BTS & MRT.Room is very new and clean,air condition is good.con: walk outside room,the corridor is hot

The aircon always produces a lot of moisture in the room. Clothes get damp from the aircon. The front desk staffs are not so hospitable. I stayed 3 times here now and the 2nd last times, the staffs are less inviting compared to my first experience when they recently opened. The evening receptionist is particularly strict acting.

The Location made my travel efficient, a few steps to massages and convenice store and only 5 mins from Terminal 21 and Aesok station.

Uncertatin that the price is reasonable enough when thinking about the room sizes.

Disclaimer: I am also a hotelier, so my reviews are very objective.The big bright bathroom with a window, in a small room is refreshing.The Bed is spacious and comfortable. First impressions last, and this boutique hotel made it an art form. Staff can see guests arriving and open doors as soon as you reach the entrance.Welcome drink this time is interesting, a bottle of Yakult. The manager said she rotates drinks regularly.Check in was a breeze, and though my room was not ready because of an early arrival, the manager took my number down with the intention of informing me when the room is ready before checkin time. And true enough, it was ready before noon.Personal touch makes the difference. A vendor happened to stop in front selling what looked like an interesting breakfast, when I asked the staff what it was, they told me it is a popular snack, and then bought one for me to try. That is next level hospitality.Location cant be beat. Guests can buy breakfast from the vendors outside, or eat at the many restaurants around the area. The best neighbourhood for tourists in Bangkok.And the staff obvously love their work and it shows.

Excellent location, near the metro and the BTS. Near the nightlife hotspots, but tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac.

Room facilities were adequate, but the shower water pressure was weak.

Staffs are the best...very helpful. They even greeted my daughter for her post birthday. Location is second. Since we will be joining tours for 2 days, we opted to stay in the center where bts and mtr are both accessible. Also, this hotel is next to Terminal 21, where food is easily accessible. Mcdonald's, 7/11 are very near as well. I did not give a full 10 because you have to request for some amenities which should be available in the room already.Room is small but well planned. The bed is a bit elevated since you can put luggaes at the lower portion of the bed. Overall, its a value for money- nice hotel in good location with incredible staffs and good stable internet.

Clean room, conveniently located near to BTS Asoke and suhkuvmit mrt. Terminal 21 mall. Can be abit noisy if room is facing main road. Bed was comfortable.

If there is another lamp on desk will be good. Might be only for some rooms..01 unit.

Position is perfect. MRT Blue line and BTS stations. Hotel is really clean, and even the room is small, it's really comfy. Staff is very kind and friendly. Price is perfect.

Sib Kao has the best customer service ever. So friendly, hospitable.Thank you to the lady at the front desk (didn’t get her name), she was so sweet. Thank you to the housekeepers who worked hard so we could come back to the hotel to a clean room, and a made up bed. There are even 2 buttons (“do not disturb” and “ready for cleaning”) in the room for easy communication with the housekeepersAnd thank you to Frank who helped us load our luggage into the taxi when we left to the airport. I want to thank all of you for hard work and making my holiday so wonderful. Sib Kao should be proud of their staff, they really are the best
