Very friendly staff. Great shuttle service to nearest BTS (Phlone Chit). Very well appointed roomy budget suite/apartment style hotel. Everything was really super clean and tidy. Not luxe quality Finishings but Very appropriate Value for money.Close to BTS but definitely a good 12 to 15 minute stroll, or 10-min Walk for fast walker.Different firmness pillows.

Very safe And convenient to walk, but did not feel right to walk at night, Especially when walking solo. Though it appears to be on the main road on the map there is no access from the main road. Could have had the shuttle Tuk Tuk available for oick ups from BTS, and nearby shopping centres. No tea, coffee or vanity products provided.

The location is deep into the Soi. even though there's ride service to the main to bts. The road to its not always convenient.The main road around area the is very busy bad traffic. we paid 25000bahts for 5 night it's very expensive. no pool. just little gym room that we doesn't use. The microwave is old style not digital. the lift doesnt have sensor so its shuts on you. it's too expensive. The cleaning lady doesn't want to fill up the shampoo and soap that was a day before I checked out. we paid expensive to stay they should not be stingy on thing like this. The balcony its no room to hang out or sits outside. Not a good view just of other condos around. I stayed in level6 . Personally I wouldn't stay there for that price and location is super busy.

NothingActually we didn’t stay and changed the residence immediately.It is in a side alley that is difficult to find, no cars pass by and can’t walk after dark

It is quite far away from Sukhumvit road itself about 10 to 15 minutes walk.

Very spacious and all essentials are well provided. Staff are exceptional and went above and beyond when we made a special surprise request.

The location is quite cumbersome and though it’s not too far from 711 and BTS, it’s quite a distance to walk in the heat. They provide shuttle service from Hotel to BTS one way. Also, the walls are incredibly thin and unfortunately we could hear the neighbours having sex loud and clear which disrupted our sleep.

Morning staffs are very rude and terrible in customer swrvice. Im highest genius level where late check-out is FREE , but get 3calls by 12.30pm to request for check out immediate while we Moving all the luggage as its was 3days stay. And told to pay extra if more delay. Poor WiFi. No knife/ scissors Cant get extra mineral water even request at lobby.

Big and clean apartment with a spacious living room. Washing machine. Good price for the location, walkable to shopping malls and many restaurants. Free drive to nearby convenient store. Quiet location. Helpful staff.

room is clean and bed is comfortable. ac works okey but is a little bit loud and directed on the bed. even though had a room with kitchen amenities there was no knife or any sponge to clean things. just sink and microwave. water was provided every day.about 7 min to 7-11.

low pressure in the shower, lack of knifes and spoons. nothing to wash dishes. poorly working wifi, often looking for a network. location is in the dead end of the street. you need to walk long distances to get to the main road.
