Sovereign Group Hotel @ Pratunam Bangkok

The first room that they gave me the ac is not working properly after i complained they transferred me to another room which is better than the first one.

Good location to center for shopping and near public transportation

Room is too small, very tight, no window

Staff are very helpful, They help me to recover my wallet which I left in Airport Taxi by timely coordinating with Taxi Operator.

If they include Breakfast will be adding value ..

Friendly staff, very clean and comfy roomNext to all amenities and shopping malls

Almost everything! Great location! Close to platinum mall and other establishments. Restaurants, street food, Thai massage, supermarket! Best room set-up for our group. Clean and crisp sheets. Very helpful hotel staff. Great neighborhood. Safe and friendly.

Almost everything about the hotel was great! But they could improve on the bathroom of the family suite. Fix water pressure and drain and improve on bath facilities.

clean, good service, respectful & kind staff, from house keeping to the reception area and walking distance from malls.

not sure why there is no dinning area

The crew. The lady at the reception when I checked in was very pleasant and accommodating.

The crew. The lady who took over for the night shift that day was not very friendly. And there was no elevator to the 6th floor where my room was.

Convenient location, comfortable room and friendly staff

Road construction

It was a short stay, so basically a bed, cold shower.

temperature of the shower didn't get past cold.

Near the mall

Deluxe rooms are very small. Also there’s no lock in washroomsSuite wasn’t like that what we expect

The location is good ,walking distance at platinum mall and central world. Out side the hotel has massage and spa salon

There was no window in the unit I stayed ?. And it is not really 100% soundproof.

Good service and clear room

I have a big luggage… which needs yo keep in folded ? not much space. I guess I need a bigger room next time

Location was good, next to mall and night market.

AC wasn’t working in the first room. Requested help, received with an attitude. AC still didn’t cool the room after help, received a new room with an attitude.

Platinum Mall, Decembers and central world is walking distance. Also close to the metro and lots of street foods outside

The room was really really small. There’s no place for your luggage especially if you have big one

The location less than 5 minutes walk to Platinum Mall and Pratunam market. Within 10 minutes walk to Central World and Siam Paragon. Room is huge and can accommodate 8 people comfortably.

Water and plumbing pipes are exposed. Toilet flushing from rooms above can be heard.

Very nice location!!! Staffs are very nice too!

The bath room is outdated, needs more cleaning or renovation.

Very well situated. Within walking distance to pratunam, platinum mall, central world etc

The shower curtain in the bathrooms doesn’t reach the floor, causing water to splatter around the bathroom when taking a bath

The location was close to mall and food, the bed was very firm.

The toilet was a little old and not scrubbed, could be good if the walls and pipes were cleaned properly.

The location is in the heart of the city, within walking distance to CentralWorld Shopping Center and Pratunam Market.

It’s a bit dark when returning to the hotel at night, as it is located at the end of a small alley, but it’s not a big issue.

A great option for a short visit. Great value for money and it’s in the city center, malls and restaurants, night market are in walking distance
