The Quarter Ari by UHG

Staff were exceptionally nice and friendly. Suki checked us in and made sure we were well informed, and also very helpful upon leaving, arranging our taxi to the airport. She knows her job well and is a credit to the business. The room was clean and tidy, mini fridge well stocked and reasonably priced, bathroom accessories all included. Comfortable beds also. 28th floor, excellent view. Breakfast, great selection from traditional English, lots of fruits and cereals, and also Thai dishes to try. Great view to eat! We had one meal on the top floor which was very nice, again with nice staff, and the pool is a decent size with a great view of the city ? Good location, plenty near, we did walk a fair amount, if you want the main attractions you'll have to take a train, bus taxi, tuk tuk. Taxi was approx 400bht, so quite inexpensive.

There is nothing that was unsatisfactory

Ten minute walk to the Sky Train. Breakfast was a buffet and had good hours with a good variety. Pool had a good view.

It is not clean at allll, the furniture has a lot of damages. Please focus on deep cleaning the floors and the towels

Everything was perfect. The pool had an amazing city view, we lived the location as well. Room was huge with nice city view and the staff was super kind.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite on the 32nd floor. The view was excellent. The rooms were very spacious and well equipped. Excellent facilities for families. The breakfast spread was very good. Location was very near to the BTS.The housekeeping person was extra nice and provide with ample complimentary things in the room. The suite had a washing machine which facilitated the laundry services

Good location- quiet yet close to everything and the room had an amazing view. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Booked for senior parents. They absolutely loved everything about it. They even extended a few days. They got comfortable walking to Ari market and restaurants. Taking the nearby BTS to chatuchak park/weekend market. And they loved ladprao mall more so than the crowded ones.

The view from my room was phenomenal. I was too jetlagged to take advantage of the drink vouchers or the pool in my one day visit. The 7-eleven was conveniently close.

Clean, amazing view, good access to metro, had a 24/7 Seven11 below and Starbucks, most major attractions located close enough. Overall a fine, peaceful and comfortable stay

I've stayed in many hotels in Bangkok over the years and the quality has been variable, the price not always reflecting the quality of the hotel. But I think I may have finally found my Bangkok hotel for future visits.Arriving on a motorcycle I was directed to a parking area full of scooters. It took me 20 minutes of manhandling my motorcycle, larger than a scooter by about 40cm and with half the turning circle, into an available space without dropping it. After checking in, a brief chat with the hotel staff resulted in security plotting a space for me in the parking garage that I could use for the remainder of my stay – incredibly helpful.The hotel itself was spotlessly clean, the bed perfectly comfortable and pillows that actually felt like they provided support. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of both western and Asian choices and an omelette station. The only minor issue I had was the gym facilities which seemed to be over-run every time I tried to get in there for a workout. Perhaps bad timing on my part?Heading back to Thailand for MotoGP in February and will be in Bangkok for a few days either side of a trip to Buriram – I will definitely be booking at The Quarter Ari.

Breakfast food, not real bacon or sausages for breakfast and baked beans not good, also fried eggs served cold on a plate. There is a vast variety of other local food, which looked great, but a cooked breakfast for Europeans wasn’t appealing.

Views from the corner room were excellent, especially the bathroom. Everything was pleasant and clean, noise levels for the very most part fine too.

There are signs of wear, elevators were slow at times (at the limit with 3 elevators) and the breakfast buffet is adequate, but no more than that.

I had to double book my stay because the hotel couldn't get my credit card or something right and when I went to use the 3 days that I booked from the beginning and the hotel couldn't get right.. the hotel deduct one day.. Rich leave me with 2 days only from 29 to 31st of July plus I had to pay additional thousand batt..In other words I should have gotten three full days because it was the hotel fault but I didn't have to pay $1,000 because I had to book double time because of the hotel fault

I did not like that they took one day off from me and charge me extra $1,000 because it was a hotel for just because the day has change

Friendly helpful staff the rooftop pool and views were amazing great rooms air con and everything you needed a 7/11 shop was very close and restaurants we took a taxi to China Town and a tuc tuc back to the hotel which was good fun overall enjoyed our short stay

We arrived at 11 am and had to wait until 2pm to be able to get into our room so this was a bit disappointing after a long flight from the UK the welcome drink was not great a simple soft drink/cocktail/tea or coffee would have been better breakfast we paid for separate around £10 it was cold and not much choice for us from the Uk I would stay again but have breakfast in one of the local restaurants

This hotel was a complete scam. Filthy, outdated, nothing special—just cheap, old junk disguised as premium. The price was outrageous for what felt like a run-down motel. Absolutely unacceptable.
