No soap in the rooms.

The location was good — close to the airport. My flight was at 5 a.m., so I had to leave early, and I specifically chose this hotel because of its proximity.

I stayed at The Home Hotel for two nights, and unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. I arrived a little early, before the 2 p.m. check-in time, and simply wanted to leave my luggage. However, as soon as I approached the front desk, the staff member immediately said, “Check-in is at 2 p.m.” without even listening to what I was trying to ask. A little patience and communication would have made a big difference.I was given a room on the 6th floor. At first glance the room seemed clean, but the bathroom was extremely small and had a constant urine smell that never disappeared, day or night. There were also no basic amenities— no fan, no toothbrush, no soap, no tissues—so make sure to bring those items with you. The internet was super slow.The hallway on that floor was very dark, and someone in a nearby room was smoking. The smell easily spread into my room, which was very unpleasant.The worst part of my stay happened on the first night: I woke up to find large cockroaches crawling in my bed. I jumped up immediately and killed one. The next morning, I asked housekeeping to please change my sheets. The towels provided were dark-colored and extremely old, which didn’t feel clean or comfortable.The only positive thing was the bed—I actually like firm beds. The location was also convenient, close to the airport, which is why I chose this hotel.But overall, the stay was a nightmare for me. Because of the cleanliness issues, smells, lack of amenities, smoking, and insects, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

All in alll the room was good value for money. The staff were friendly and the hotel was linked to a 7-11 that was open 24/7. There was also a vending machine downstairs. The room also came with a small balcony and Wifi was available, though not stable.

There was mold everywhere, from the ceilings to the bathroom sink. As soon as I walked into the room, the strong smell would hit me. At first, it was an unpleasant, humid smell, and later I realised it was the mold that covered several areas of the room. The bed was also quite hard to sleep on. The location of the hotel itself was not as convennient as I thought. Walking ot the nearest Metro station was about 10 minutes and without safe pedestrian crossings. Nevertheless, the area was relatively safe and is still easy to get around with Grab motorbikes or taxis.

One thing I really liked about the property was how thoughtfully everything was arranged. The layout made the space feel open and inviting, and the little touches like the cozy lighting and well placed amenities which made it feel even more welcoming.

The pictures online are deceiving.Room was smaller so I had to pay extra to upgrade

Breakfast is very good. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room is quiet..

While the food is delicious it's only lukewarm, we would prefer it hot.

There were cockroaches walking on top. No hotwater in Bathroom. No tea packs were in the room. Internet speed is awful

I didn't take breakfast - but everything else about the room I loved - plus great staff. .the room was quite newly built & furbished, and HUGE !! . .I particularly liked the open plan option between the lounge /dining area and the bedroom . .basically it was the size of a good sized one -bed apartment !! One of the best I have ever enjoyed . .

Beds were super hard and there were gnats in the shower. Also water everywhere. It lacks a shower curtain or glass to shield water

It would be better if:1). Hotel more generous giving more soap and shampoo2.) (this is not too bothering for me/guest), but cleaning more room floor and cup board clothes would be appreciated,.since a bit dusty.Apart from those 2 , Hotel is good

The property is close to the airport so you don’t have to worry about sitting in traffic for too long.

My room had roaches in it and I was all the way on the 4th floor. The bathroom had no shower curtain so everything got splashed on.

I’m ask for 1 bed and I had 2 twins bed put together not very comfortable for a coupleThe breakfast is not really good, lacking of options you have 2 types of egg and twice something with rice..The location is not great if you want to see bangkok

The room was spacious enough and all the amenities in the room except a few were provided.

They don't provide hygiene kits, which is quite surprising to me and the room they provided me earlier is dirty and filled with stains marks in the floor, even walking barefoot was disgusting, after requesting them, they changed me the room. Gym facilities are quite useless, no proper machines and most of them were not working. Further, the property is located on the outskirts, hence going to any place requires travelling up to 15 kms. Coming to the reception table, there was one girl wearing abaya, who was quite rude and had a b***h face to most of my request, then there was a girl named "Jenny" who was a good person and was willing to help us in all possible ways, while other receptionists sitting with her, doesn't seem to care a shit. Further,I feel that the receptionists were quite different to Japanese and Korean clients, and they were smiling and everything and when it comes to me, their faces turn to b***h face and I think they are racially discriminative towards Indians. Overall, I think for the price I paid, I feel that I could have chosen something within the city, with something giving me pleasant experiences for the price range. We go on vacation to relieve ourselves from many stresses, even there, if we see b***h faces like the girl with the abaya, this makes our trip quite annoying and spoils the good experiences we have. One more thing I forget, initially, when I wanted to change rooms cause it had stains, there was no remorse on their face and they didn't seem to even bother about it. Their facial expressions were like, as if I were staying there for free of cost. And the breakfast menu was the same for the entire one week I stayed, nothing better to expect on that front as well. For fellow Indians, please think twice before opting for this hotel, I don't think they like Indian people and I can't say everything here due to word limitations, but you will feel treated like second class people here.
