Location was great.

Walls are too thin and very tiny rooms. Could hear everyone on the entire floor. Hard to sleep. Pool was dirty looking too.

Rooftop bar was under maintenance , the reason why I booked at that hotel was mainly because of the rooftop bar. No compensation was offered. And also they said it doesn't really belong to them, so it's basically false advertising. And then even if they opened they close the roof at 7 p.m. which is silly. Internet shut down often ,.I had to reenter the password everyday. Which was annoying.

That it was close to the BTS and the street food

Good for an overnight stay or if you rely on public transport. Easy access to eateries within the city centre.

The hotel staircase area appears to be gloomy and creepy The lift needs a proper upgrading too. The floor we stayed in feels somewhat unsettling and spooky. Not recommended for a longer stay.

Location right at the BTS station, clean and comfy rooms, staff is kind and helpful, the rooftop is amazing with the pool, the bar and the incredible view on Mahanakorn Tower + trains passing by.Second time here, but not last one, see you again!

Almost. No sound proofing. Can't sleep well as next room kept chatting loudly after midnight and I could hear it very clearly from my room.

Staff really rude and doesn’t help to visitors. The rooms are not clean and not ready on the time.

Strategic location for travel with BTS station across the road. Multiple restaurants, PUB, massage centre at within walking distance.

The lighting inside room needs to be more brighter or user selective.

Perfect location, everything was as expected. The property was comfy, clean, great bed and I liked that they provided bottles of water every day.

There was no view from the window as it was blocked by another building, and the room was dark

I didn’t like being asked for a deposit - what decent hotel does that? The rooms were noisy from road traffic and noisy because I could hear people in the next room ( the walls must be terribly thin). The view was of people walking past the window on a footbridge.

Location to Chong Nonsi train station very good . Staff friendly

There was no breakfast. I’m sure it was advertised as having it.

The shower was VERY slippery. The railing on the front staircase was loose/broken very dangerous. There was no luggage rack in the room, or even a shelf. No breakfast as advertised.

Incredible hotel, truly magnificent. Friendly staff in hotel and the rooftop bar. The rooftop bar and restaurant are highly recommended - show your room card for a 10% discount. The views of the King Mahanakhon tower are amazing from this hotels bar. The location of this hotel is great with BTS station right outside the hotel entrance. Around this area there are great food options and bars as well as a 7/11 next block down. Brioche from Heaven is recommended (across from the hotel)Room itself was very clean and contained everything we needed with well really good air conditioning. The shower was pretty powerful and very spacious. The hotel provided free bottled water daily which was appreciated.

A very minor inconvenience is the sink outside the bathroom itself but this allowed space for a huge shower which I preferred. Also, the bedroom would benefit for net curtains for privacy in addition to the normal curtains. We didn’t open our curtains really as we would have been overlooked - I prefer natural light so this was a bit annoying. That’s it, this hotel for its price was a great find.

Great location by the BTS. And nice room with hot shower. Eco friendly soap, shampoo and conditioner dispenser.Rooftop is nice.

Some moths of the room. And the pool I noticed the lighting needs fixing. Shower area could be improved.
