- The hotel is located in a very convenient location. It was just a 5 minute walk to the BTS and MRT. There was food, massage and shopping locations within 8- 15 minute walk. The hotel rooms and services was very good. The hotel has a cafe downstairs who has really good breakfast options as well. The staff were very helpful and pleasant.

- Bathroom shower is in disrepair. The bathroom floor floods when showering. The TV has nothing at all to watch in the English language. Restful time in the room is very boring. Our room was right on Asoke. Traffic kept us awake all night.

The room was super spacious with a whole wall of closet, could be convenient for long term stay. The hotel is only a few minutes walk from MRT/BTS stations and Terminal 21 shopping mall. The croissant served at their cafe was delicious.

Good size room, huge bed, they had a safe, good storage facilities, having a lift in the hotel was ideal. Breakfast was tasty, great bathroom, big bathroom.
Well the location can be argued. Ideally in the centre of town, close to everything but it being Bangkok. Extremely noisy at night. Considering you are right on the side of the road. The prices for the breakfast were expensive for Thailand. I asked staff a reception to order me a taxi at one point, they gave me some sorry excuse that there land line wasn't able to contact a taxi firm
Room is bigVery Good location
Room 403. There is a long gap on the wall (behind the painting). This is to open to access the Aircon compressors on the building exterior. I tried to push the armchair against the gap but it still couldn't close well. It is very noisy since the hotel is right beside a busy road and the noise just comes from the gap. I couldn't sleep well cos I didn't bring ear plugs. Pillows are way too soft.

wish the aircon was cooler, and the hot shower was hotter!
Staff were great at check in/out. Cafe was nice cosy ,good coffee with choice of 5 breakfast sets/ combinations. Thia young guy at the Croissant cafe was delightful. Room was spacious but the bed rather firm. My room was second floor and facing main road, so a bit noisy though balcony wand sliding door helped reduce impact. Good location as by BTS and shopping at Terminal 21 mall.
Only the bed was a bit hard button I did sleep ok
