We had a lovely stay. Great location, staff and hotel. Great facilities, lovely pool with fresh towels and gym. Only thing is bed is slightly too soft but not a big issue. Thank you and love from South Africa

Great hotel. Friendly staff.For certain room categories, nice happy hour menu and drinks on the 10th floor. Restaurant is good.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Property is clean and well maintained.

Location really socks! Not much they can do about it, but you really can't get anywhere without transportation. Taxi takes a long time to come. Nothing easily walkable including basic 711.

The breakfast was excellent, the staff was courteous and professional. The room was comfortable

Nice 4* room with hot shower…

Bad location…cannot walk outside hotel and there are no restaurants or shops nearby, only a railway line…the hotel provided a shuttle service that we waited 35 minutes for pickup…and their shuttle does not go the Makkasan Airport Link which is only 300 meters away.There were only 3 people in hotel restaurant for dinner but we had to wait 10 minutes for both meals…not impressed with service and not up to Mercure standards!

Convenient location near the airport metro station.Comfortable soft bed and good shower. Nice terrace with pool overlooking the city.

Smoking area doesn’t have a place to sit, it’s just a corner.Dinner price/quality out of balance. Wifi barely worked.

- facility: the room is clean and big enough. The pool is also great and sanitary (I didn’t use the pool, so I don’t review it).- location: if you you Grab, you can easily access to major spots. But it is sort of hard to go to anywhere like convenient stores and stations on foot (the station is 15min away on foot, but the road is not well paved so better use Grab)

Clean and efficient hotel close to a main railway station but a little bit off the beaten track. Nice facilities. Food was ok but breakfast was a little bit basic.

I thought the breakfasts could have had better quality of food, and a better selection but it was ok, just not too inspring to make me look forward to breakfast.

I loved the room—everything was spotless and clean. The staff were friendly, and the room service was affordable.

The only downside was the location; it’s a bit far from the city center, so I ended up spending quite a bit of time in traffic just to reach the malls. I also found it a bit inconvenient that the hotel didn’t provide house slippers, as I’m not used to that.

Nice and clean room with comfortable bed, pool was nice and breakfast was great.

Location is not very good, you have to walk maybe a block or two for any kind of shopping/ train and subway

The room was very spacious and spotless clean, bed was big and comfy, water pressure was perfect. Front door staffs were attentive and service desk staffs were professional.

Hotel is located along side the Airport Rail Link near the Makkasan station, but it was hard to access by foot directly from the station (no sidewalk); however, hotel provides hourly free shuttle to the stations.

The room was modern, stylish, and clean with a comfortable bed and nice city view. The rooftop pool had a fantastic view of the Bangkok skyline, especially in the evening. The Thai tea served at the restaurant was delicious, and the food presentation was excellent. Staff were friendly and check-in was smooth.

Missing toothpaste kit in the room. The waitresses at breakfast shown they borred ... The refill in coffee cups and spoon was not done ... Food was not really good

Not my first stay here so knew what to expect and wasn't disappointed. Staff cant do enough, hotel is modern and very clean. Great restaurant on site and little coffee shop adjacent.Earthquake response was adequate with management keeping everyone informed throughout developments.

Unfortunately earthquake struck while staying and so all was very confused. It was during this event it became clear emergency escape signage was limited. Staff and residents confused as what to do.

No walking access. Had no draught beer and poor meal selection.

Staff is nice and the rooms are okay.

The hotel is only reachable on foot if you're willing to walk on a lane of a busy road (no sidewalk) with your luggage. This is really not recommended - use a tuctuc or a cab instead!

The night security persons and night staff needs to more efficient as one taxi guy cheated me ,told them to check cctv but they dint do that .

Good room,nice pool.

Location is worth for staying.metro is far from the hotel.There is no comfortable transfer to the metro station.
