The location is really convenient - less than 5 minutes on foot to the BTS Phrom Phong station as well as EmQuariter and Emporium. The staff members were very kind. Breakfast was good enough. A great value in many aspects.

The room facilities are a bit old though they function alright. Housekeeping is very good, but the old carpet had a little smell accumulated over time. Wifi were sometimes unsteady.

It was the worst toilet humanity could possibly come up with. It’s simply impossible for men to use. I have no idea who purchased them, who designed them, who approved them, or how something like this can even be installed in hotels. It’s an absolute nightmare. And this isn’t just my opinion.

When we arrived at the hotel I thought, what an old hotel and the room was also very old and dated.But in the end it was not so bad, we noticed that it was a very comfortable hotel. Shower was good, beds were good, good wifi.Breakfast was very good and included in the price, location great and it was a bargain what we paid, because all other hotels became very expensive due to Christmas.

Location is not the best if you want to see the main attraction it 8s too far and not close to the good metro.

You get the value for your money! Bed is comfy and the room is very spacious

Had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and always ready to help, and the location was very convenient. Really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and overall experience. Highly recommended!

The staff was very attentiveI had an issue with some noise coming out the window and they kindly offered a different room.The hotel is located right by the BTS station and the Emporium which is very convenient.Breakfast was very good.

There was some noise coming from construction by my room. I had to move to another room.The design was a bit outdated especially in the first room where I stayed.The mattress was bouncy and not so comfortable.

The breakfast has a lot choice (much more than other hotels of this range) and is tasty.

The furniture of the rooms feel old, the Air conditioner is probably 30-40 years old…There’s a thick carpet all over the floor, hard to say how clean it is.

The staff are incredibly kind and helpful . Nice room and views.

Toilets ( excuse my language) are almost to small to sit on.

very nice place with friendly and welcoming staff who make your stay comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, offering great value for money. The breakfast is tasty and satisfying, though the menu remains the same every day — it would be better if they added some variety. Apart from that small detail, everything else is fantastic. A pleasant stay overall, perfect for both leisure and business travelers.

The location is excellent.

They sent me to the 5th floor where the whole floor was under renovation. My room was at the end of the walkway. I had to walk past the dust and the plastic cover on the carpet. I was literally shocked and upset at the same time about the floor situation. How could they give this floor to the guests? So I decided to talk to the reception. Thankfully, they agreed to give me a new room on 10th or 11th floor (somehow I forgot).

The location of this hotel is only 5 min walk to BTS station. Only few steps to 7_11 and also Emporium mall.The outside got renovated ,inside is bit older but very clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is great with warm meal. Staff are very helpful and respectful.

The power supply was a little inconvenient for using a laptop on the desk.Better provide it near the work space.

Breakfast buffet was good. I enjoyed the fruits and coffee. The staff can make you some eggs or omelets. The location is great, close to Emsphere mall and the train. Great value and location. Doormen were very helpful and friendly.

Front desk staff are not the friendliest.
