Very welcome environment, always opened my door. Excellent English speaking staff at the desk. Very good housekeeping, bed was very comfortable and ice cold air.

I was not expecting a great view and what I had was fine. The windows are floor to ceiling which was nice. You see another nearby building.

Friendly staff, clean room, clean towels, comfy and cozy room, nice swimming pool

Was a little bit of a pain to check in, it was a hassle to put the deposit on a credit card, even though the first sign you see when you walk in, is saying “cashless payments preferred” Pool and gym are underwhelming.

The place is nice. Room was fairly clean and Tv, and other equipment worked just fine. As for location, was in the center of the city of Bangkok. Staff are helpful and friendly. I will definitely visit again.

Everything was great

A very good location. Located near to BTS and terminal 21 but away from the main road. The hotel was comfortable with very large bed. The room was cleaned every day with complimentary bottled water. A/C was good and wasn’t too loud.

Hot water was a hit or miss during the morning. Most morning it did not give any hot water. Hot water seems to run best in the afternoon/evening. Visible signs of repair to the laminate flooring with some just taped over and paint flaking from the ceiling. Maybe it is a sign that the rooms are now needing some refurb. Staff doesn’t seem to care about customers shouting into phone or to each other in the lobby. Persons smoking weed at the pool and playing their music using their own speaker distracted the peace and relaxation.

Great rooms and standard breakfast. Good location on an Arab soi close to busy bars etc. poolArea needs attention as a bit scruffy.

Chan ton and her staff are excellent, ensuring all perfect. The beds are very comfy, showers are good and breakfast is abundant. Housekeeping are great respecting quiet time and the porters are super helpful.

The rates could be more competitive to the Aspira group rates which include complimentary breakfast. Booking.com mark up rooms and breakfast making this non competitive

Scam and check dobble how much they charge you

They promoted 50$ per night in Booking.com but at the end Booking.com charged me 100$ per night. The hotel reception advised me to claim Booking.com and Booking.com advised me to ask from Hotel. So they just charged me extra 100$ for two nights and nobody solved that scam.

I advise you to be careful take pictures because I truly believe that I was scammed!!!

This hotel FYI NOT RECOMMENDED WHAT SO EVER!!The manager is not a nice lady nor is she good with customer service. To make a long story short at the end of my day at this hotel, the lady accused me of damaging the bathroom countertops by using vinegar.I use vinegar to disinfect my personal items and because the lady had it in for me, I complained to Booking regarding to try to get me out of this hotel to come to a resolution. It was not possible with the manager of the hotel.Finally, during my checkout, make a long story short I was held hostage by all the employees not letting me go holding me there against my will for me to pay this money and that’s how I will be set free booking.com told me I am not supposed to pay them anything till the investigation is done The Hotel was not hearing that.So there were 34 people along with me where I was not able to move nor leave the premises, touching all my personal belongings until the police arrived again Thai people do not speak English. It’s very unlikely I was being held hostage till I make this payment I asked to use the phone to call the American embassy. They would not let me use the phone at all nor did any of the guest at the hotel Who saw me going through what I went through asked me if I was OK or if I needed any help.I asked to be released because I am kept hostage here against my own well more police arrived. They weren’t hearing that the manager arrived demanded if I don’t pay this, I will not be able to leave. I finally after two hours got to go to the American embassy where I stopped to exchange money for the driver. Saw that I was being followed by the police to make sure that I was going to where I said I was.When I got to the embassy, the lady was there and the whole American embassy is full of Thai security, they wouldn’t let me speak to an American nor go inside for the first time in my life I felt so threatened, and I literally was living a nightmare.I understood that I lost my freedom.

The location is very good and the hotel offers value for money

Obviously is a bit outdated but it’s to be expected for the price What I didn’t like is the fact they ask for 1000bath deposit

Room was great and well equipped. Bed was very comfortable. The bathroom and shower was large and came with a large rain shower head as well. Bathrobes, cold aircon, slippers, safe - we all a bonus.

The pool deck was old and in need of some care and an update. The pool bar was empty and dilapidated, and the gym didn't really have anything very useful in there - just the very basics.

Amazing comfortible bed and pillow

The bathroom light is not enough ,too dark inside. The hotel is on Arab Street, but in a very good location in the city.

Hotel is perfect with amazing friendly staff with helpful.Room so clean with a good price.Location perfect close to more shops and metro station.Fully recommended

Everything was perfect

I liked the location of the hotel and that it had a nice pool on the terrace.

The mattress is very soft and the water temperature in the shower was sometimes difficult to get it just right. Sometimes too hot, sometimes too cold.

Room was decorated nice and was clean

Toilet was horrendous blocked very easily and female staff wasn’t the happy smiling face of Thailand I’ve seen in other hotels see was a little moody , overpriced

Disappointing

The view of the hotel was very bad. Before I booked the hotel, I saw very different pictures on the website, but it was not like that at all.And I paid 3,000 kron for three nights.And unfortunately, there was nothing special about it.

A very clean hotel with large, comfortable rooms, and a short distance to the Bangkok Sky Train (BTS).

It was difficult to get tour and tourist information at the hotel and in the area. Had to walk into a more upscale hotel down the street for tour information.

Central location. Very clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Pool area great.
