Out dated trying to charge pricing as other superior hotels Staff are nice hotel nothing special Rooms are ragged all fittings are cheap and worn Pool area glass filthy. Worst thing huge noisy construction next door they forgot to mention

The location was great. It was within walking distance to restaurants and the mall. The rooms were clean.

The rooms were extremely small. No place to unpack clothes except a very small closet. We stayed five nights. After the first night they would not make up our room or bring clean towels unless we called the front desk.

I absolutely love the staff. From concierge to the doormen and the security out the front. All beautiful smiles every single time.

If I had to say something it would be the water pressure in the shower would be better if it was stronger. But I wouldn't complain about that, beautiful room.

Room is large & enjoyable. Staff members are fantastic, then even booked tours for us. Great location & very close to walk to Terminal 21 shopping centre. There is a great value & professional Thai massage centre called Wellcare between hotel & Terminal 21 shopping centre.

I like that it is hidden from the Sukhumvit traffic. Very central very quiet

The water was cold barely got warm we had a bath tub had to use the kettle to make it hotter. The carpet in the halls need a good cleaning or taken out

I requested for room with balcony near the elevator (not a room which is far to the corner room) which was fulfilled by hotel so I apprecaite it very much.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast options were nice. The pool looked inviting. The room very well designed. The staff was more than welcoming and helpful.

The reception staff that served us was Rude and not wallcoming at all.The general design of the hotel is depressing brown,not cheerfully feeling .For the price we paid for sure we could get a better deal.The room was old and not taking care of, cleaning was not at its best .So next in Bangkok we will not stay at this hotel for sure.

I travel to BKK at least 10 times a year. A friend recommended this hotel to me so I tried it. I love the location it is close to everything that you could possibly need.

The property is located down a small street, a little ways away from the “hustle bustle”. The hotel is a good deal in that it is clean, a cool area, next to the best mall in terms of good options and affordable. The upstairs poor area is gorgeous! We were out a lot so didn’t get to take advantage of it, but we saw it and loved it. I’ve nothing negative to say about the hotel. Staff was superb. Shower cool and clean. There was construction nearby, so be aware of that. Our side was not disturbed at all by any noise or anything like that. Highly recommended the stay. Very close to ASOK subway and skyline.

Hotel needs updating. Our roomWas not very clean.Bedding felt damp. There was a humidifier in the room.Told staff about it.Didn't seem interested. By the time we checked out, our clothes were also damp.Musty smell in the room too.Would not stay again.

5min walk to Terminal 21 and BTS stadion Asok. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend family suite
