I stay here frequently because it's out of the hustle of Bangkok. Friendly staff. Complimentary mini bar on arrival, huge rooms, fast internet.

Pool lacks sun, sunbeds should be around both sides of the pool I frequently see people laying on the ground trying to catch sun.

The property was beautiful, quiet, and relaxing. It was perfect for my wife and I as a place to stay for 2 days before our flight. It is pretty far from the touristic areas of Bangkok, but it’s perfect for a nice stay at the start or end of your trip before a flight from BKK. The pool area was very nice. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the restaurant was great. Also it was the most comfortable bed, and the best shower / bathroom experience after one month in Thailand.

The staff are phenomenal people ?? They try to help in anyway they can. They are super friendly and like to laugh. The rooms are spacious and the deluxe rooms have a bathtub bigger than any I’ve ever seen ? There is a nice gym and a couple of pools. The restaurant has great food but is a little expensive. I still think it’s worth the price. There was a disc golf basket near the pool to practice putting ❤️

The location is a bit out of the way. Luckily, it’s close enough to Hua Mak station and they have a golf cart to shuttle you back and forth. One side of the building is near two other buildings being built. I can’t imagine anyone resting well in the rooms that are near the construction ? when I asked to be moved, they accommodated me quickly ?❤️ The beds are harder than I prefer but they weren’t like a torture device ?

The room was spacious, the lobby was somewhat attractive. BUT, the buildings are dated and lack decoration. Our room was actually an apartment, not a hotel room. It felt like an old building in Florida from the 1980's. The room of the apartment was thin and had no extra security lock. It did not feel safe. The room was super clean and the staff is very friendly, so this is a management and budget issue, not a staff issue.

Food poisoning at the restaurant!!! This was a huge disappointment after an epic five weeks in the splendour of Thailand. Our last night was supposed to be a treat and it was the opposite. The restaurant served pieces of chicken in the salad that were like little pieces of LEATHER that tasted like rotted fish. I sent it back and got fresh chicken but they used the same salad leaves and just coated it in sugary sauce. All meals were the worst we had in about 100 meals dining out if all of Thailand. Half an hour later my daughter and I started to feel really noxious. We informed the staff at front desk later in the evening about the food effects. We checked out the hotel in the morning and the staff was empathetic but had no mandate to offer us any gesture. Only the manager who was not on premise. We basically paid thirty euro's to get sick. The next morning the breakfast was okay, but the cut fruit (pineapple) tasted like it it stored in a refrigerator with rotted food. DO NOT EAT THERE.

The property is kept very well. Though, in a construction area for now, it is well insulated and pretty quiet. The pool is big enough for laps, the gym well thought out. The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable.

The room was good sized and functional. The bed was comfortable, good mattress and sheets. The room stayed cool for good sleep. The internet was fast all over the property. The gym was in good shape and the pool enjoyable.

Staff attitude, room, cafeteria and pool

We arrived at 7 a.m after a long journey and were happy to hear that the hotel offers showers before the room was ready. We used the hotel to relax and be close to the airport for our next flight. The Grab car took 20 minutes (and only 3 minutes to arrive), but there is also a metro station very close by and then it takes 15 minutes to get to the airport. Also close by is an area with a couple of shops and restaurants. The hotel driver was so kind and offered to bring us close to that area (south of the hotel) so we only had to walk 2 minutes. Although there is no need to leave the hotel as the food in the restaurant was tasty and had plenty of different choices and very fair prices.In general the staff was super friendly.The room was very spacious and clean and the whole facility was calm and surprisingly quiet for a hotel in BKK.
